You know when you say "That's it, I'm relaxing this weekend! " and then you end up doing one washing machine after another? We'll help you redefine your idea of relaxation!
All you have to do is get to Iglesias, stay in a B& B with all the comforts, and enjoy a delightful visit to the Rubiu Winery. You will stroll among the magnificent rows of vines that frame the property and taste 5 labels of local wines, accompanied by typical products.
Dinner and breakfast will be included and your only thought will be "Why didn't I do this sooner? !"
What we will do
The appointment is at the B& B in Iglesias, where you can check in from 15: 00. Upon arrival you will be welcomed by the staff and taken to your room, a double room equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay: private en-suite bathroom with shower or bath, bed linen and towels, hairdryer, TV, air conditioning/heating, mini bar, kettle, herbal teas and Wi-Fi.
In the evening, a delicious dinner (included) will await you in the hotel's restaurant: the proposal may change according to availability and usually includes gourmet pizza, red meat or platters of typical Sardinian products (fritters, cold meats and cheeses) . Dessert and coffee are always included while drinks are excluded.
Breakfast (included) , also served in the restaurant, will be Italian style and will include fresh pastries and cakes, juices and coffee. Those who wish may order a savoury a la carte option for an additional charge.
During your stay, you will have the opportunity to enjoy a wine tasting (included) , which will take place at the Cantina Rubiu winery, a homage to the Sardinian winemaking tradition just 5 km from the B& B. You can reach it by car or, on request, be accompanied by the activity organisers. The experience includes a walk through the rows of vines, during which you will discover the history of this reality, and a visit to the technical cellar, where you will witness the production processes that give life to the wine.
Finally, you will taste five unique labels together with a sommelier. And accompanying the wine will be a platter of typical products, including cold meats and cheeses.
The activity can be held on the day of check-in or check-out: you can agree on the time after booking.

The experience is available all year round. Check-in will be possible from 15: 00 while check-out must be done no later than 10: 00.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is very strict. You get a full refund if you cancel within 31 days from the activity start date. Within 30 and 15 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
