What we will do
Your appointment is at the B& B in Casale Monferrato (AL), where you can check in from 15: 00 to 20: 00.
You will stay in a double room, equipped with a private en suite bathroom with shower, bed linen and towels, complimentary toiletries, hairdryer, heating/air conditioning, kettle, coffee maker, TV and Wi-Fi. The breakfast included in the package will include croissants, yoghurt, cereals, fruit and coffee. Savoury options are available on request.
For dinner (not included) , the organisers will recommend several restaurants close to the hotel, where you can enjoy delicious menus.
But the highlight of your stay will be the half-day e-bike rental (included) , which you can arrange on the day of your arrival or departure, depending on your preferences. After a short briefing to learn how to use the electric bike and to ask for some advice on the route to follow, you will start your adventure.
You will explore Treville, Cella Monte, Sala Monferrato and many other enchanting villages. Thanks to the electric motor that assists your pedalling, you will enjoy the pleasure of an effortless 4-hour trip and admire magnificent views.
Check-out is by 10: 30 a. m.

The experience is available all year round (with the exception of the B& B's closed periods, which are shown on the calendar) . Check-in will be possible from 15: 00 to 20: 00 while check-out must be done no later than 10: 30.
E-bike rental is a private activity, which does not involve the presence of other participants. The experience can be done before check-in or after check-out, agreed in advance with the organisers.
Dinner is not included in the price, but the accommodation organisers will indicate some restaurants near the accommodation where you can eat. Alternatively, there will be a communal kitchen available at the accommodation.
If you have any food allergies and/or intolerances, please contact the organisers at the contact details you will receive after the booking confirmation to inform them in advance.
The meeting point cannot be reached by public transport; free parking spaces are available on site.
Dogs are allowed both at the venue and during the activity, but dog walkers are not available.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is strict. You get a full refund if you cancel within 15 days from the activity start date. Within 14 and 8 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
