Have you ever thought of speeding across the water moved by the force of the wind alone?
In Windsurfing , only natural elements are at play: Air, Water, you.
Come and try one of the most beautiful and exciting water sports. The art of sailing, an ancestral human instinct for thousands of years.
With our team of instructors with decades of teaching experience and a VDWS licence , you can learn quickly and safely, with very fast progression. After this 2-hour windsurfing lesson, designed for those who want to take up this magnificent sport, you will be surprised at how simple and exciting it is to move on the crest of a wave.
This activity is suitable for all ages and types of people, from children to adults.
Equipment and clothing are included. Bring your swimming costume and towel, we'll take care of the rest!
What we will do
The day will take place in 4 phases:
- Introduction to Windsurfing. The lesson will start with a short theory part on the simulator on the beach, in order to learn what will then be tested and brought back to the water.
- Dressing. We will then prepare the equipment and begin dressing. Everyone will be provided with a wetsuit, booties and a life jacket.
- Weenter the water. Everyone, with their previously assigned equipment, will enter the water and begin sailing, supported by the instructor and a support boat.
- Return. At the end of the 2 hours, we return to the base.
Who it is aimed at
Windsurfing is suitable for anyone in good health, aged 7 and up.
No particular physical condition is required, only a minimum of aquatics, i.e. you do not need to be an expert swimmer, but at least know how to stay afloat. A life jacket is provided.
Other information
The activity is available from April to October and is confirmed upon reaching a minimum of 2 participants.
Before the start of the course, a liability waiver and health declaration will be signed. Minors, who must be accompanied by their parents or guardians, will sign the latter.
The windsurf school is equipped with changing rooms, showers and safety lockers.
Important: it is necessary to arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before the time chosen for the activity.
