Full description
Dive into the world of surfing and discover all the secrets for riding the waves in the sea at Forte dei Marmi.
Our instructors are waiting for you on the beach to teach you all the notions you need to get up on the board and stay balanced.
Then you can face your first wave in the sea: at the end of this one-hour lesson, you will want nothing more than to get back on your board!
What we will do
We will meet on the beach at Forte dei Marmi at the time chosen when booking. Here we will meet our instructors, who will guide us step by step to discover the secrets and techniques of surfing.
We will follow a first theoretical part on the beach, where we will be explained the different components of the surfboard and all the notions about currents and safety practices.
We will then move on to a practical part where we will experience, on land, how to stand up on the surfboard. Then we will approach the shore and enter the water: always followed by an instructor, we will try to stand up and stay balanced to reach the end of the wave.
If we succeed, it will be an exciting conquest; if not, all we have to do is try again!
After about an hour's lesson, we will return to the resort for a hot shower and final goodbyes.
Who it is aimed at
The lesson is aimed at everyone from the age of 6 and is particularly suitable for beginners.
The only requirement is to be able to swim.
Minors must be accompanied by a parent.
Other information
The activity takes place all year round, every day.
The number of participants ranges from a minimum of 2 to a maximum of 10: each instructor may supervise up to 3 students.
At the end of the activity, participants can use the changing rooms and hot showers at the lido.
The cost of the experience includes the €15 membership card andACSI insurance.
