Full description
Pedal along the most beautiful scenic route in Naples with a3-hour bike excursion to Posillipo. You will leave Naples in the company of a local guide, who will tell you all along the way many interesting facts about these places.
The first stop is the Virgiliano Park, from where you will enjoy one of the most beautiful views of the city. You will see the Sorrento Peninsula, Vesuvius, Capri, Ischia and Procida, Pozzuoli and Cape Miseno.
You will then cycle along the city's most famous scenic roads, from Via Petrarca to Via Orazio, where you can take an unforgettable photo with the postcard-perfect skyline of Naples in the background. Join us!
What we will do
The appointment is at 10.30 a.m. in Naples, where we will find the guide who will accompany us on our excursion. Before setting off, the guide will give us some information about the route in a short briefing and hand over the bikes.
On the way, we will make several stops to listen to the guide, who will tell us many stories and curiosities about the place and give us time to take some souvenir photos.
After about 7 km, we will arrive at Virgiliano Park , also known as 'Parco delle Rimembranze'. This is one of the city's most beautiful parks laid out on a series of terraces that provide a splendid panoramic view of the Gulf of Naples.
The view sweeps from the Sorrento Peninsula to Vesuvius, from Capri to the Phlegrean Coast. You can even catch a glimpse of Pozzuoli and Cape Miseno, as well as enjoy the park and its vegetation with olive trees, myrtle plants, rosemary bushes and holm oaks.
After a break in the park, we will walk along the city's most romantic streets, from Via Petrarca to Via Orazio, where nature, history and legend come together. The excursion lasts about three hours.

The tour runs from March to September, weather permitting, and is confirmed with a minimum of 2 participants.
It is possible to hire an electric bike at an extra cost of €15 (payable locally).
