Set sail from Avola aboard a 40 CV motorboat and explore the wonders of the south-eastern Sicilian coast with whoever you like, in complete freedom and without needing a boat licence.
Choose between a half-day or full-day hire and get ready to feast your eyes on the scenery of Marzamemi, the Vendicari Nature Reserve and Capo Passero!
What we will do
Please arrive 15 minutes before your selected time at the meeting point in Avola (SR). Our staff will be there to hand over the boat reserved for you.
Before setting sail, you’ll attend a briefing on safety and navigation rules, after which you can climb aboard with your ‘crew’! You’ll be at the helm of a Blueline or Gabry 550 model boat , ideal for up to 6 people, fitted with a 40 CV Mercury engine, a sun awning, a washdown hose, a radio and a spacious sun deck at the bow.
Thanks to the strategic starting point, you can reach unspoilt beaches and picturesque spots accessible only by sea within the Vendicari Nature Reserve, or venture as far as Marzamemi and Portopalo di Capo Passero, the south-easternmost point of the entire region!
The boat must be returned to the departure point at the end of the trip. When booking, you can choose between a half-day (4½ hours) or a full day (10 hours).
Who it is aimed at
The driver of the dinghy does not need a boat licence; they simply need to be over 18. There are no age restrictions for other passengers.
The boat is not accessible to wheelchair users or people with reduced mobility.
Other information
The rental service is available from May to the end of October.
Important: fuel is not included in the hire fee and must be paid for on return based on consumption, preferably in cash or by credit card. A security deposit, the amount of which may vary, will also be required on site and must be paid by credit card.
Free parking is available on site. The meeting point cannot be reached by public transport.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is very flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 48 hours from the activity start. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
