Rent a 6. 70-metre, 40-hp gozzo and enjoy a day of sailing in total freedom. Set sail to discover the Messina coast or the Costa Viola of Calabria with your 'crew' of up to 6 people.
You can choose to experience it for half a day (4 hours) or a full day (8 hours) . Good news: a boat licence is not required!
What we will do
The appointment is 10 minutes before the indicated time at the meeting point in Messina (ME) .
You will be met by a skipper, who will provide you with all the explanations on the handling of the boat, navigation rules and safety at sea, and have you sign the charter contract. Before departure you will also be able to take a test drive so that you will immediately feel at ease.
At your disposal is a 6. 70-metre gozzo with a 40-hp engine, which is easy to manoeuvre and does not require a licence. On board you will find a sun canopy, a shower, an ascending ladder and comfortable spaces to relax while sailing. The boat can accommodate a maximum of 6 people.
Once you set sail, you decide on your course. You can head for the north coast of Messina, explore the stretch of sea as far as Case Bianche, or cross the Strait and sail along the Costa Viola. With a half-day charter, you can reach Scilla and Favazzina, pearls of the coast, while a full-day charter will take you as far as Bagnara Calabra.
At the end of the time available, you will have to return the boat to the starting point. The duration of the experience will be 4 hours (half day) or 8 hours (full day), to be chosen at the time of booking.
Who it is aimed at
The driver of the boat must be of legal age. A boat licence is not required.
Passengers may participate from 3 years of age.
The boat is not wheelchair accessible.
Other information
Rental is available from 28 June to 1 September and is intended for private groups of a maximum of 6 persons.
A deposit equal to the hire amount will be required on the day of the activity, to be paid on site by credit card or cash.
Fuel is not included in the fee: the boat is delivered with a full tank and must be returned in the same condition. Payment can be made in cash or by POS.
Dogs are not allowed on board.
Free parking spaces are available on site. The meeting point can be reached by public transport.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
