San Vito Lo Capo is one of the most renowned seaside resorts in Sicily.
To enjoy it to the fullest, hire a 5.5 m, 40 hp motor boat with your friends. You will be able to drive the boat even without a licence to explore the beautiful Zingaro Nature Reserve and the Faraglioni of Scopello by sea on your own.
Choose whether to hire the boat for half a day or the whole day and set out to discover this enchanting coastline.
What we will do
The appointment is 15 minutes before the time selected during the booking process in San Vito Lo Capo (TP). You will be welcomed by the hirer who, after a briefing on the optimal use of the boat, will hand you over his motor boat.
It is a 5.5 m longboat with a 40 HP engine; thanks to these features you will be able to drive it even without a licence. With an awning, freshwater shower, and safety equipment, you can enjoy a day of relaxation and fun.
You will then be ready to start up and set sail. You may decide to visit the splendid Zingaro Nature Reserve, characterised by wild nature and a mix of intense colours that will remain in your mind for a long time. For a regenerating break, you can dive into the blue-green sea of the most beautiful coves, such as Cala Tonnellara dell'Uzzo, where a visit to the suggestive Grotta degli Innamorati is a must.
And if you want to get away from mass tourism, you cannot miss Cala del Varo, the only cove that cannot be accessed by land. Going further, you will come across Scopello, a delightful village characterised by two stacks emerging from the deep blue sea.
Once you have completed your chosen itinerary and satisfied your desire to swim out to sea, you will have to return the boat to the port after 4 or 8 hours, depending on the option you chose when booking.
Who it is aimed at
It is not necessary to have a licence to drive the boat, but aminimum age of 18 is required.
A minimum age of 2 is recommended for boarding.
The boat is not wheelchair accessible.

Rental is available every day from May to September.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the meeting time.
Pleasenote! Fuel is not included in the rental price and will be paid at the end of the excursion, according to consumption.
When booking, you can choose whether to hire the boat for'half a day (4 hours)' or'full day (8 hours)'.
The boat is a 5.5 m, 40 HP motor boat approved for 6 persons, with awning, fresh water shower and safety equipment. It is possible to request a cool box with ice at an extra cost of €10 (payable locally); to request it, please contact the guide at the contact details provided in your booking confirmation email.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for the safe conduct of the activity (in the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for you to conduct the activity. You can freely choose whether or not to accept these proposals. If you can’t retrieve it, we will process a full refund! If you have set the date for your Gift Voucher and bad weather did not allow the activity to take place, the Voucher remains regularly valid until the expiration date indicated on it.
