6 people and a skipper: the magnificent 7 are ready to set sail!
Rent a boat in Marina di Grosseto and set out to discover the wonders of the Tuscan sea. Sailing towards the Maremma Natural Park , you will discover the beautiful Cala di Forno and Le Rocchette, with the fort of the same name rising above the sea.
Venture out among caves and coves on your own, reaching them with your SUP board, and spend a day of pure relaxation.
What we will do
We will meet in Marina di Grosseto (GR), at the meeting point indicated during the booking process.
After the welcome at the office, you will reach theboat moored a short distance away in the company of the skipper, who will be at your group's disposal for the entire day.
Theitinerary will be customisable within a maximum of 15 miles from Marina di Grosseto, giving you the possibility to organise the day as you prefer, letting the skipper suggest the most beautiful stops along the way or deciding together with your group.
Once you start sailing, you can head for Cala di Forno, a fine sandy beach enclosed by two promontories and well sheltered from the wind, located in the Maremma Natural Park. Here you can dive and swim freely in the waters of the Tyrrhenian Sea, or use the SUPs available to reach the shore.
From here, you can continue towards Castiglione della Pescaia to discover Rocchette, a place named after the fort of the same name. Those who wish can push on to the shore with the SUP, or explore the rocky part on the slopes of the castle, a paradise for diving enthusiasts, with caves and coves that can only be reached by sea.
The return to Marina di Grosseto is scheduled for around 17:00, after approximately 8 hours.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for everyone, with no age limit; children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
The boat is not wheelchair-accessible, but it is possible to request assistance for passengers with reduced mobility. Please contact the skipper after booking confirmation.
Other information
Rental is available daily from June to September for private groups of up to 6 persons.
You travel on a 7.5 m boat equipped with safety equipment, climbing ladder, freshwater shower, table, fixed awning, SUP, radio and sundeck.
The itinerary can be customised within a maximum of 15 nautical miles from Marina di Grosseto. An extra charge of €50 is required to reach the Formiche Islands.
Attention! Fuel is not included and must be paid upon return according to consumption.
A maximum of 1 small dog is allowed on board.
The meeting point can be reached by public transport.
