Forget crowded beaches, here the only crowding you will see is the fish as you swim along the Costa degli Dei!
Rent a 4. 5 metre boat for up to 6 people in Tropea and enjoy the sea of Calabria in all its divine splendour, without a licence.
You will have half a day (5 hours) or a full day (8. 5 hours) to sail along the coast, stop for a dip or relax in the sun with whoever you like!
What we will do
The appointment is 30 minutes before the indicated time at the meeting point in Tropea (VV). Here you will sign the rental contract and receive the boat. The staff will explain everything you need to know about driving the boat and the rules for safe navigation.
You will be shown how to start the engine, manoeuvre and handle the boat in a simple and intuitive manner. On board you will also find a detailed map with recommended areas and sailing limits.
The boat is an Open model, 4. 5 metres long, equipped with a 40 HP Suzuki engine and fitted with a sun canopy and ladder; it can accommodate a maximum of 6 passengers and can be driven without a licence.
You can sail along the beautiful Costa degli Dei, going as far as Capo Vaticano, one of the most beautiful viewpoints in the area. Among the stops not to be missed are the Isola di Santa Maria in front of Tropea, the Baia di Riace and Formicoli, perfect spots to dive from the boat and snorkel to discover the seabed.
When booking, you can choose between a half-day (5 hours) or full-day (8. 5 hours) charter.
Who it is aimed at
You do not need a licence to drive the boat, you only need to be of legal age.
There are no age limits for passengers.
The boat is not wheelchair accessible.

The activity runs from May to October and is aimed at private groups of up to 6 participants.

Important: fuel is not included in the fee and will be payable on return according to consumption (payment possible in cash or by card) .
Small dogs are allowed on board.
No deposit is required. An identity document must be presented.
It is possible to request a skipper (subject to availability, at least 2 days in advance) with a supplement: €50 half-day, €100 full-day to be paid on site.
There is free parking on site or paid parking outside the harbour. The meeting point can be reached by public transport.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
