Full description
Enjoy the spectacle of sunset over the Cilento sea on a 1.5-hour boat tour.
You will set sail from Palinuro half an hour before sunset in the direction of Grotta Azzurra and then Baia della Ficocella. Here the boat will anchor for an exciting sunset swim, while on board you can enjoy an aperitif of Cilento products and prosecco.

What we will do
We will meet at the port of Palinuro, where our boat and captain will be waiting for us, ready to give us the unique experience of a sunset in the middle of the sea.
We will set sail about half an hour before sunset and sail along the coast of Palinuro to the magnificent Blue Grotto. We will enter inside the cave to admire the colour of the water, reminiscent of a clear sky on a beautiful sunny day.
After the enchantment of the Grotta Azzurra, we will head to another spot on the coast to anchor the boat, the Baia della Ficocella. Here we can take a swim while the sun disappears over the horizon. We will be able to swim in a natural setting so enchanting that the Lonely Planet guide has included the bay in the list of Italy's most beautiful beaches.
Once back on board, we will be greeted by music and the tastyaperitif buffet (included). We will taste a seafood salad, baskets of bread, tuna and tomato, the typical "melanzane 'nghiappate" and marinated anchovies, all accompanied by water and prosecco.
After the aperitif, we will return to Palinuro at nightfall. The tour lasts about an hour and a half.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable for everyone, with no age limit. The presence of at least one adult on board is required.
The boat is not wheelchair accessible.
Other information
The tour takes place every day from April to October and is confirmed upon reaching a minimum number of 2 participants.
The boat used for the excursion is anApreamare, a wooden motor boat made in Sorrento. Its dimensions of 8x3 metres allow the captain to easily approach the coast and access the caves. The boat is equipped with an awning, bow sundeck, cushions, freshwater shower, radio and bathroom. There is also an icebox on board, which is made available to participants should they wish to bring drinks to keep cool.
Participants with allergies and minor intolerances can contact the organisers in advance to arrange alternative options for the aperitif.
For those arriving by car, municipal car parks at the port are available. If you do not have your own means of transport, you can request a transfer service to the Palinuro area: contact the organisers at the contact details given in your booking confirmation email.
Dogs are not allowed on the boat.
