The Devil and Paradise meeting in the same place? Yes, if it is the Gulf of Angels!
Get ready to admire from the water the Sella del Diavolo (Devil's Saddle), a promontory that was coveted by Lucifer and his demons for its beauty, according to an ancient Sardinian legend. You will then swim into numerous natural caves, leading the way with an underwater torch.
It will be a 3-hour boat tour full of adventure, fun, stories and legends.
What we will do
We will meet at the Marina Piccola marina in Cagliari, 10 minutes before the time indicated in the booking.
Here we will meet our skipper, ready to set sail with us on this adventure. We will start sailing along the Sella del Diavolo (Devil's Saddle), a promontory south of Cagliari that offers one of the most spectacular views of the city, so much so that it enchanted Lucifer himself, who tried to take it over. Sailing beneath it, we will discover numerous natural caves insinuated into the promontory, carved by wind and water.
We will then get off the boat together with the skipper and swim to the caves, inside which we will stop for about half an hour, equipped with underwater torches. With water to our waists, we will be able to admire the truly impressive interior of these natural caves, taking unforgettable souvenir photos.
Depending on the weather and sea conditions, we will make other bathing stops at destinations set by the skipper, who will continue to tell us legends and anecdotes about these historic places in Sardinia along the way.
The return to the port will take place after a 3-hour tour.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for everyone from 2 years of age. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
It is recommended that you know how to swim and do not suffer from seasickness or claustrophobia.
The boat is not wheelchair-accessible, but persons with reduced mobility (without wheelchairs) can be taken on board on request.
Other information
The activity is available all year round and is confirmed with a minimum number of 4 participants.
You will travel on a Sessa Key Largo 22 motor boat, 6.80 m and 225 hp, equipped with a sunpad at the bow, a ladder at the stern and a canopy.
The itinerary and stops may vary depending on weather and sea conditions.
It is not possible to take food and drink on the boat.
Dogs are not allowed on board.
The meeting point can be reached by public transport.
