Full description
Going by boat is the perfect opportunity to relax, visit places that cannot be reached by land and admire others from a privileged position. Like Mondello, which you will reach on this 4-hour tour from Palermo .
During the excursion, you'll swim to the Grotta della Regina in Marina di Villa Igiea and enjoy an aperitif overlooking Mondello.
Let yourself be enveloped by the fresh scent of salt air, which brings with it a magical feeling of freedom and peace, and get ready to sail along the beautiful Sicilian coastline!
What we will do
The meeting is in Palermo, 15 minutes before the departure time of the excursion.
We will be welcomed by the skipper on his boat equipped with all the comforts to enjoy the navigation. We will pass in front of Marina di Villa Igiea and the Grotta della Regina, before heading towards Mondello, a small village perched over the sea that has all the poetry of ancient fishing villages.
The Mondello coastline is a pearl between Monte Pellegrino and Monte Gallo, framed by a luminous sea. Here we will make a first stop with an aperitif, snorkel and enjoy the beach for about 1 hour. The aperitif includes chips, peanuts, olives and bruschetta, accompanied by prosecco or Spritz.
On the way back, we will stop to visit the Grotta della Regina, which we will swim to and admire from the inside.
The excursion will last a total of four hours.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for everyone, with no age limit. Children and young people up to the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
It is not recommended for people who suffer from seasickness.
The boat is not wheelchair-accessible.
Other information
The excursion can be booked from January to September and is confirmed with a minimum of 4 participants.
Depending on the number of participants, the experience can take place on
- a 12 m motor boat with a maximum capacity of 8 persons and equipped with awning, table and sofas, ladder, platform, freshwater shower, sundeck and tender.
- a 14 m motor boat with a maximum capacity of 12 persons and equipped with awning, table and sofas, ladder, platform, freshwater shower, sundeck, dinghy and air conditioning.
For groups of more than 12 persons, both boats will be used.
If weather and sea conditions do not permit sailing to Mondello and Capo Gallo, the itinerary may be modified and we will sail to Capo Zafferano, Mongerbino and Cefalù.

A maximum of 1 small dog is allowed on board.
The meeting place can be reached by public transport. A large car park is available nearby for a fee.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
