Have you ever seen an island that changes shape?
In the heart of the Po Delta, there is a place where land and water chase each other, mingle and transform. It is Scano Boa, a strip of land that can only be reached by sea, a symbol of a landscape in perpetual change.
Take part in this 2½-hour boat excursion to discover the lagoons and reed beds that dot this stretch of the Delta. You too will come out a little transformed at the end!
What we will do
The meeting point is 5 minutes before the indicated time at Polesine Camerini in Porto Tolle (RO).
We will be greeted by the captain, ready to welcome us aboard a comfortable boat, ideal for sailing in peace in the Po Delta Park.
We will sail along the "paradei", the meandering canals that snake between the mainland and the sea, enveloped by a landscape suspended between lagoons and reeds. We will reach the Punta Maistra lighthouse, a landmark for navigation and the biodiversity that populates the area.
Along the way, we will observe the once cultivated land, now returned to nature. We will finally reach Scano Boa, a thin tongue of sand where the last casoni, typical reed constructions used in the past by fishermen and hunters, stand.
The excursion will end with a return to the starting point and will take a total of two and a half hours.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for everyone, with no age limit. Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
The boat is wheelchair-accessible; for boarding assistance, please inform the organisers at the contact details given in your booking confirmation email.

The activity takes place from March to December, on weekends and holidays.
Theboat is a flat-bottomed boat equipped with an awning for shelter from the sun, which can accommodate up to 35 people. There are no toilets on board.
Small or medium-sizeddogs are allowed (maximum 2 per boat); please inform the organisers of their presence after the booking confirmation.
The meeting point cannot be reached by public transport; free parking is available on site.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
