We believe in it and that is why we invite you to participate in our wellness experience in the province of Sondrio: the package includes a sensory walk in nature followed by an entrance to the spa.
A 4-hour experience to regenerate mind and body!
What we will do
The appointment is 30 minutes before 13: 00 at the meeting point in San Giuseppe, a village in the municipality of Chiesa in Valmalenco (SO) . On site we will meet the yoga teacher who will accompany us on this adventure!
Having gathered all the participants and after an initial presentation, we will move to a nearby natural setting where we will begin our sensory walk: we will walk while practising breathing exercises to reduce cortisol levels and consequently stress. The experience will also be enriched by the practice of forest bathing, during which we will walk a stretch barefoot, emphasising our connection with nature. This part lasts about two hours.
We will then walk to the nearby spa: the latter consists of a heated swimming pool, Finnish sauna, biosauna, Turkish bath, sensory shower and relaxation area with herbal tea corner. We can relax in it for about 2 hours.
The experience lasts about 4 hours in total.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable for ages 16 and over. Persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult participant.
The experience is not suitable for persons with motor disabilities.
Pregnant women are advised to consult their doctor.
Other information
The experience takes place from April to November and is confirmed upon reaching a minimum number of 4 participants.
The spa may be shared with other guests.
On-site, there are gender-specific changing rooms equipped with showers, toiletries, hairdryers and lockers.
A bathrobe and slippers can be hired on site: bathrobe at a cost of €5. 00 and slippers at a cost of €2. 00 to be paid on site.
Dogs are not allowed.
There is free parking on site. The meeting point cannot be reached by public transport.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 5 days from the activity start date. Within 4 and 3 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
