Full description
A baglio is a characteristic Sicilian country house, dating back to the 18th century. And it is in this beautiful setting that our brunch with wine tasting will take place!
Explore the estate in the company of a guide, walking between the rows of vines and visiting the wine cellar. Then take a seat in the tasting room and toast with 3 or 5 glasses accompanied by traditional dishes.

What we will do
The appointment is at 11 a.m. at the Baglio Bonsignore estate in Naro (AG). We will be welcomed by a guide who will accompany us on this experience to discover the estate, the winery, and organic production!
We will begin with a walk around the estate, reaching the characteristic Cubburo, a prehistoric construction from which the story we will be told will start. We will walk between the rows of vines, accompanied by insights into soil composition, vine cultivation and sustainable production practices with a focus on the biodiversity of the place.
We will then make our way into the cellar, to visit the winemaking room where the processing of the grapes will be explained to us. Finally, we will enter the scenic barrel cellar, where the wine rests before bottling. This first part of the experience will last 40 minutes.
And here we are ready to take a seat in the tasting room, indoors or outdoors depending on the weather conditions of the day, overlooking the village of Naro and Lake San Giovanni. It is here that our brunch with organic wine tasting will take place: depending on the option selected when booking, we will enjoy 3 or 5 glasses each accompanied by a typical Sicilian country dish. If the "3 glasses" option is selected, we will toast with wines vinified in steel, while if the "5 glasses" option is selected, we will toast in addition with a Nero d'Avola Reserve and a Syrah Reserve; all the wines will be expertly described by the guide.
The experience will last a total of 2½ hours.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is recommended for participants aged 18 and over.
The wine tasting is restricted to participants aged 18 and over. There will be non-alcoholic drinks available for accompanying minors, astemics and pregnant women who do not participate in the wine tasting. Any children aged 0 to 6 years participate free of charge: please contact the estate to indicate their presence.
The experience is partly accessible to people with mobility problems.

The experience takes place from April to October and is confirmed when the minimum number of 2 participants is reached.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
