Forget the hustle and bustle of routine and unplug!
You will sleep in a wooden cottage on a large farm, relax in a heated outdoor pool and explore this wonderful corner of Basilicata on an e-bike. In addition, you'll participate in a visit to the farm. .. complete with a final brunch!

What we will do
The appointment is at the farm in Lauria (PZ) , where you can check in from 14: 00.
You will stay in a simple but cosy cottage, surrounded by nature. It is equipped with a double bedroom, private en-suite bathroom, bed linen and towels, complimentary toiletries, hairdryer, air conditioning/heating, wardrobe, TV, coffee maker, kettle, mini fridge and heated outdoor pool. No Wi-Fi, so you can concentrate only on yourself and nature.
After your arrival you can relax in the heated pool or take the e-bikes (included) and go for a bike ride to visit the surroundings. If you wish, you can reach some of the destinations recommended by the organisers, including the beautiful Lake Sirino.
The following day, you will have breakfast (included) and take part in a 1. 5-hour farm tour (included) , including vegetable gardens, greenhouses and pens. You will get to know over 13 breeds of hens, pigs, sheep, geese, rabbits, dogs, peacocks, pheasants and the inseparable Margaret and Marie Antoinette (a donkey and a pony) . You will be able to pet the animals, hold and feed them, learning many interesting facts about ethical animal husbandry and farm life.
Finally, you will end your stay with a delicious brunch (included) , based on cold meats, cheeses, pickles, eggs, vegetables and other local products, accompanied by water and a glass of wine per person.

The facility is not accessible to wheelchair users or those with walking difficulties.

The experience is available all year round. Check-in will be possible from 14: 00 while check-out must be done no later than 11: 00. Breakfast will be packed and can be taken directly in the bungalow.
The farm visit is not a private activity; it may be shared with other participants.

The meeting point cannot be reached by public transport; free private parking is available.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is moderate. You get a full refund if you cancel within 8 days from the activity start date. Within 7 and 5 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
