Discover the beauty of Lake Superior in Mantua by taking part in an unforgettable Canadian canoe tour.
Departing from Curtatone, an expert guide will take you on an exciting 3-hour adventure. And if you have chosen to take the tour in the summer months, you will be able to admire the lotus flowers during their blooming period.

What we will do
We will meet at the time selected during the booking process in Curtatone (MN ) where we will meet the guide who will accompany us on this tour.
After dressing and an initial briefing in which the use of the canoe and safety regulations will be explained to us, we will be ready to climb into our two-seater Canadian canoes and set off.
We will paddle peacefully on the beautiful Upper Mantua Lake and, surrounded by rich vegetation, we will reach the Sanctuary of the Blessed Virgin Mary of Graces after about 1.5 hours. Here we will dock and stop for about 30 minutes to admire this ancient church, which is over 600 years old, from the outside.
Depending on the time of the tour, the guide will surprise us by offering us a small snack with cake and coffee in the morning or some cheese and a glass of wine in the afternoon. After this restorative break, we will be ready to paddle for another hour as we continue along the approximately 8 km loop.
We will be able to admire the local fauna, such as herons, ospreys and storks. And if we have decided to join the tour in July and August, it will be made even more impressive and exciting by the beautiful lotus blossom.
We will return to the starting point after about three hours, of which two and a half hours will be spent on board the canoe.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for everyone from the age of 13 years and with aminimum height of 140 cm. The maximum weight is 100 kg.
Persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. There must be at least one adult participant on each canoe .
To participate, it is necessary not to be afraid of water.
Other information
The activity takes place on the dates indicated in the calendar from April to October, and is confirmed when a minimum number of 4 participants is reached.
In July and August , the lotus blossom can be admired and the tour will take place atsunrise and sunset.
The centre has 5 two-seater Canadian canoes for a total of 10 participants.

There are no showers or changing rooms on site.
The meeting point can be reached by public transport.
Dogs are not allowed.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for the safe conduct of the activity (in the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for you to conduct the activity. You can freely choose whether or not to accept these proposals. If you can’t retrieve it, we will process a full refund! If you have set the date for your Gift Voucher and bad weather did not allow the activity to take place, the Voucher remains regularly valid until the expiration date indicated on it.
