If you fancy a new and original experience, we recommend you try our 3-hour canoe tour at Lake Garlate, in the province of Lecco.
You will have the opportunity to learn the basics of this discipline, to navigate the area along the beach, and to take a break while enjoying a delicious aperitif as the sun disappears over the horizon. A truly enchanting scenario of unparalleled beauty.

What we will do
Therendezvous is in Garlate and boarding will be near the pier. We will be welcomed by a guide and an experienced instructor who will hold a short briefing to explain the basic principles of canoeing and how to handle it safely. We will also have a trial run in the water before setting off.
We will paddle quietly for about an hour until we reach a small beach. Here we will stop to admire the sunset while enjoying a delicious aperitif (included) with sparkling wine and a platter of local cold cuts and cheese.
At the end of the stop, the guide will provide us with headlamps which we will use to return to the starting point. The route has a total length of 7 km, which corresponds to about 2 hours in a canoe.
The excursion lasts a total of 3 hours.

The activity is suitable for everyone and the minimum age to participate is 14.
Minors must be accompanied by an adult.

The excursion is available in May, June and July. Reservations will be confirmed upon reaching a minimum of two participants.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for the safe conduct of the activity (in the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for you to conduct the activity. You can freely choose whether or not to accept these proposals. If you can’t retrieve it, we will process a full refund! If you have set the date for your Gift Voucher and bad weather did not allow the activity to take place, the Voucher remains regularly valid until the expiration date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 5 days from the activity start date. Within 4 and 3 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
