Discover wine production through the words of the producer.
This is what awaits you at Podere della Bruciata, in Montepulciano: in the company of the owner and an ONAV taster, you will stroll through the vineyard and visit the cellar , going to the origin of wine production, and then taste the best labels of the house.
A 2-hour experience, only for true (or aspiring) connoisseurs!
What we will do
The appointment is 5 minutes before the selected time at Podere della Bruciata, in the hamlet of Sant'Albino in the municipality of Montepulciano (SI). We will be welcomed by the owner and the guide, who will accompany us on a tour of discovery of this historic property in the heart of Chianti!
Having gathered all the participants, the experience will begin outside with a walk through the vineyard in the company of the owner. In this beautiful setting, the owner will recount the history and philosophy of the estate and then go into the characteristics of the terroir and the vineyard. We will then move inside, for a visit to the cellar in the company of the ONAV taster: we will walk through the production room, delving into natural winemaking, and then enter the barrel cellar dedicated to ageing. This first moment will last approximately 45 minutes.
We will then take a seat in the tasting room which, depending on the weather, may take place in a scenic underground setting or outside on the panoramic terrace. We will toast with five glasses of high-end wine, the best labels of the house, including SuperTuscan. The toast will be accompanied by a platter of typical products such as cured meats, cheeses and home-made jams.
The experience will last a total of 2 hours.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is recommended for participants aged 18 and over.
The wine tasting is reserved for participants over 18 years of age only. Any under-age participants (12 to 17 years old) will pay the reduced rate of €23.00 and will be served a board of typical products with a non-alcoholic drink: contact us to submit a booking request with under-age participants. Children aged 0 to 11 participate free of charge: please contact the guide at the contact details given in your booking confirmation e-mail to indicate their presence.
The experience is accessible by wheelchair and/or pram.

Attention! In the event of bad weather, the vineyard walk may not take place; the experience will only take place indoors.
