This is the motto of our wine tasting with lunch at Podere della Bruciata, a historic winery in Montepulciano: you will walk through the vineyard, visit the barrel cellar and toast in the company of an ONAV taster.
An experience of over 2 hours, with anauthentic Tuscan flavour!
What we will do
The appointment is 5 minutes before the selected time at Podere della Bruciata, in the hamlet of Sant'Albino in the municipality of Montepulciano (SI). We will be welcomed by our guide, an ONAV taster, who will accompany us on a discovery of this historic reality in the heart of Chianti!
Having gathered all the participants, the experience will begin outside with a walk through the vineyard: in this natural setting, the guide will recount the history and philosophy of the winery. We will then move inside for a tour of the cellar: we will walk through the production room, delving into natural winemaking, and then enter the barrel cellar dedicated to ageing. This first moment will last about 30 minutes.
We will then take a seat in the room set up for lunch , which will include, depending on the option selected
- Basic: mixed hors d'oeuvre of typical Tuscan products such as cured meats, cheeses and homemade jams; mixed traditional side dishes such as fagioli all'uccelletta, country herb cooked in earthenware and bruschetta; homemade dessert. The 'basic' option must be supplemented with the purchase of a Florentine steak on site.
- Plus: mixed hors d'oeuvre of typical Tuscan products such as cured meats, cheeses and homemade jams; second course of grilled sausages; mixed traditional side dishes such as fagioli all'uccelletta, country herb cooked in an earthenware dish and bruschetta; homemade dessert.
Lunch will be accompanied by wine tasting: we will toast with 4 glasses of wine from among the best house labels, including a SuperTuscan.
The experience will last a total of 2½ hours.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is recommended for participants aged 18 and over.
The wine tasting is reserved for participants over 18 years of age only. Any under-age participants will pay the reduced rate of €20.00 (basic option) or €30.00 (plus option) and will be served lunch with non-alcoholic beverage; please contact us to submit a booking request with under-age participants.
The experience is wheelchair and/or pushchair accessible.

Attention! In the event of bad weather, the vineyard walk may not take place; the experience will only take place indoors.
The experience takes place all year round.
The 'basic' option must be supplemented with the purchase of a Florentine steak on site; the cost is per hectare and variable.
