Imagine yourself sipping a glass of organic wine in a quaint Sicilian country house.
This bucolic dream soon becomes reality at Baglio Bonsignore, a historic estate that is home to a contemporary winery. In the company of a guide, you will walk between the rows of vines, visit the winery and discover organic production.
A2-hour experience that will end with a tasting of the house labels!
What we will do
The appointment is at the selected time at the Baglio Bonsignore estate in Naro (AG). We will be welcomed by the guide who will accompany us on a discovery of this Sicilian wine-growing reality, as traditional as it is contemporary!
The experience will begin with a walk through the estate to the Cubburo, a prehistoric construction characteristic of the area. We will continue our exploration by walking between the rows of vines, delving into the cultivation of the vines and sustainable production practices with a focus on local biodiversity.
The visit will continue in the winery: we will enter the vinification room and the scenic barrel cellar, to admire the transformation of grapes into wine. This first part of the experience will last 40 minutes.
We will then reach the tasting room, indoors or outdoors depending on the weather conditions of the day: it is in this setting, with views of the village of Naro and Lake San Giovanni, that our organic wine tasting will take place. We will taste 5 glasses of house wines, including a Nero d'Avola Reserve and a Syrah Reserve, accompanied by dry bakery products expertly described by the guide.
The experience will last a total of 2 hours.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is recommended for participants aged 18 and over.
The wine tasting is reserved for participants aged 18 and over only. Any accompanying minors, astemics and pregnant women may participate in the experience by paying the participant fee and enjoying non-alcoholic drinks. Any children from 0 to 6 years of age participate free of charge: please contact the estate to indicate their presence.
The experience is partly accessible to people with mobility problems.

The experience takes place from April to October and is confirmed when the minimum number of 2 participants is reached.
