In Lampedusa if you stay ashore, you miss the best. The most beautiful coves have no roads, they can only be reached by sea.
With a 5. 4-metre boat and a 40 HP Yamaha engine you can leave without a licence. On board there is room for three people and you already have cushions, awning and icebox: practically everything you need to feel like a captain for a day!
And then comes the best part: choosing the route. Baia Tabaccara, with its almost unreal water, Punta Sottile or a dip in Cala Maluk? One thing is certain: photos will never do justice to what you will see live.
What we will do
The appointment is from 9 a . m. at the meeting point in Lampedusa. The staff will welcome you and, after the necessary paperwork, will give you a quick briefing: they will explain the best itinerary according to the wind, the rules of the Marine Reserve, and, if you have never driven a boat, they will show you how.
You will be on board a 5. 4-metre long fibreglass boat with a 40 HP engine, for a maximum of 3 people; cushions, awning, fresh water shower and all necessary safety equipment will be on board. An igloo with ice is also provided on request.
From there you decide the route: you can sail to the spectacular Baia Tabaccara, reach Punta Sottile or stop for a dip in the island's most beautiful coves, such as Cala Maluk and Cala Francese.
At the end of the charter day, by 17: 30, you must return the boat to the starting point.
Who it is aimed at
The hirer and driver must be at least 18 years old. There is no age limit for passengers.
The boat may be hired without a licence.
The boat is not accessible to persons with mobility problems.

Rental is available from May to October.
Please note: Lampedusa is part of the Lampedusa Island Oriented Nature Reserve and, more importantly, of the Pelagie Islands Protected Marine Area. This means that not all the coast is free: there are areas with regulated access. The charterer will advise you on the best itinerary based on sea conditions and the constraints of the reserve.
Fuel is not included and must be paid on return to port according to consumption, preferably in cash. No deposit is required.
Dogs of all sizes are allowed on board.
There is free and paid parking in the vicinity. The meeting point can be reached by public transport.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
