TheMaddalena Archipelago is said to be the site of the sighting of the greatest sailor of all time: it is not Garibaldi, we are talking about you!
Rent a boat in Palau without a licence and set sail with your crew of up to six people to discover the most beautiful islands in northern Sardinia including Caprera, Spargi and Budelli.
Afull-day experience in the most spectacular sea there is!
What we will do
The appointment is at the time indicated at the meeting point in Palau (SS). You will be welcomed by the charterer, ready to hand over the boat to you.
The boat is a 5.22 m long Key Largo 18 motorboat with a Suzuki 40 HP engine and equipped with a sun canopy, bow sundeck, climbing ladder, and fresh water shower. On board you will be able to bring food and drinks to toast in company off the most beautiful beaches in Sardinia!
After welcoming you, the charterer will proceed with a quick briefing in which you will be given the necessary instructions for driving the boat without a licence; if it is your first time at the helm, you can also practice driving.
Once you have finished embarking, you will be ready to set sail: you will have a nautical map at your disposal to help you find your way around the Maddalena Archipelago Park without difficulty, freely choosing your itinerary for the day. Spargi, Budelli, Caprera, Santa Maria and many other islets are waiting to show you their natural wonders!
At the end of the charter you will return to the meeting point. You must return the boat by 16:30 in April, May and October for a total duration of 7 hours and by 18:00 in June, July, August and September for a total duration of 9 hours.
Who it is aimed at
The charterer and driver must be at least 18 years old; this boat may be chartered without a licence. There is no age limit for passengers.
The boat is not wheelchair-accessible.
Other information
Rental is available from April to October.
There is free and/or paid parking on site. The meeting point can be reached by public transport.
You remain barefoot on board. Dogs are not allowed on board.
Fuel is not included and must be paid on return according to consumption in cash or by credit/debit card.
A deposit of €300.00 per boat will be required on site, to be paid in cash or by credit/debit card.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
