Crown your skipper dreams with a boat rental in Syracuse!
Without a boat licence, you will have the fun of guiding a crew of up to 6 along the Ionian coast of Sicily, entering thePlemmirio Protected Marine Area.
It will be an opportunity to spend awhole or half day at sea in the company of whoever you want!
What we will do
The appointment is 20 minutes before the selected time at the meeting point in Syracuse. You will be welcomed by the charterer for the handover of the boat reserved for you.
The boat is a Bluemax 19 Pro motorboat with a Mercury 40 HP Pro engine, ideal for accommodating 6 people on board in total comfort. On board you will find awning, shower, complete cushions, 50 LT igloo icebox , USB socket, first aid kit and GPS. Food and drinks can be brought on board.
Before you set sail, the lessor will explain how to drive the boat and give you nautical maps showing the best anchorage points. And after a few test manoeuvres, you will be ready to set sail with your crew!
You will decide the itinerary, sailing in total freedom in thePlemmirio Protected Marine Area. Among the unmissable stops, we recommend the Pillirina beach , the Arenella beach and the Scoglio dei du'Frati.
At the end of the hire you will return to the meeting point. The rental will last a total of 4 hours (half day) or 8 hours (full day) depending on the option selected at the time of booking.
Who it is aimed at
The charterer and driver must be at least 18 years old; this boat may be chartered without a licence. There is no age limit for passengers .
The boat is not wheelchair-accessible , but people with mobility problems are welcome on board: please contact the organiser at the contact details given in your booking confirmation e-mail to request boarding support.
Other information
Rental is available from April to October.
There is free and/or paid parking on site. The meeting point is not accessible by public transport.
You remain barefoot on board. Dogs are allowed on board.
Fuel is not included and must be paid for on return on a cash basis. There is a deposit of €300.00 payable locally in cash.
Additional skipper service is available at a cost of €100.00 for the whole day. Please contact the charterer at the contact details given in your booking confirmation email to request this service.
