Rent a Speedy Cayman 6. 20-metreboat with a 40 HP engine and get ready to sail to Positano or Capri, to experience a day of relaxation and discovery.
The boat can accommodate up to 6 people - friends or family, you choose the group - and is easy to drive even without a licence. Get ready to set sail. .. humming!
What we will do
The appointment is at 9:00 a.m. at the meeting point in Sorrento (NA). The rental personnel will have you sign the rental contract and hand over the boat, moored at a buoy in the harbour.
The day before the activity, you will receive instructions on the rules of navigation and the use of the boat. If this is your first time, you will be given a 30-minute sea trial to learn manoeuvres, anchoring and safety rules. If, on the other hand, you are already experienced, the delivery of the boat will be quicker.
The boat at your disposal will be a 6.20 m long Speedy Cayman with a 40 HP Selva engine, equipped with awning, shower and stereo and suitable for transporting up to 6 passengers. The boat does not require a licence and is very easy to drive.
Suggested itineraries include reaching Capri, about an hour's sailing, or Positano, about an hour and a half's sailing. Sailing in the Gulf of Naples, you can choose the stops on the itinerary, decide when to stop for a dip or whether to go ashore for a stroll.
Landingin Capri and Positano is on payment (about 100€), but the organisers will be able to recommend some affiliated restaurants where you can have lunch that offer free mooring at the buoy.
The duration of the charter will be 8 hours, with expected return of the boat by 5 pm.
Who it is aimed at
The driver of the boat must be at least 18 years old. A boat licence is not required.
Passengers of any age may participate.
The boat is not accessible for wheelchair users or persons with mobility problems.
Other information
Rental is available from mid-April to mid-October and is intended for private groups of up to 6 persons.
Important: fuel is not included in the fee and must be settled in cash on return.
The chartered boat is a Speedy Cayman motorboat of 6.20 metres in length and a 40 HP Selva engine, equipped with awning, stereo and freshwater shower. An icebox can be provided on request (ice and drinks can be purchased on site, with notification at least 1 day in advance).
The boat is available for hire with a skipper at an additional cost of €150 per day, payable locally. To request a skipper, please contact the organisers at the contact details given in your booking confirmation email.
Dogs are allowed on board.
The meeting point can be reached by public transport; paid parking spaces are available on site.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is last minute. You get a full refund if you cancel within 24 hours from the activity start. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
