Full description
Two elements that always work: a cottage among Tuscan rows of vines and a glass of good wine. Put them together and you get a stay that smells of Tuscany, relaxation and stories to tell when you return.
A night in your private cottage amidst vineyards and olive groves, a guided tasting of BIO wines from the estate (in 'simple' or 'premium' versions) and the silence of the Casale Marittimo countryside doing the rest.
If you want to treat yourself to a break that tastes just right, you've just found it.
What we will do
Check-in is available from 14: 00 at the property in Casale Marittimo (PI). Located on a wine-growing estate, the cottage overlooks the valley and, on clear days, offers views as far as the sea.
Upon arrival, you will enter your stone house, furnished in Tuscan style, with a double bed and a sofa bed in the living area. It has all the necessary comforts: air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, a refrigerator, a wardrobe, a private bathroom with shower, toiletries, a hairdryer, an outdoor patio and a private garden.
The tasting takes place at the estate's wine cellar, which can be reached in a few minutes by car.
When booking, you can choose between:
- Simple tasting (without a visit to the cellar): includes 2 BIO red wines, 1 BIO rosé ancestral method, BIO extra virgin olive oil produced from the estate's 4, 000 olive trees;
- Premium tasting (with cellar visit): includes 4 BIO red wines, 1 BIO rosé ancestral method, BIO extra virgin olive oil produced from the estate's 4, 000 olive trees;
During the tasting, the staff will tell you the history of the winery (from its birth in the 1960s to the current methods) explaining for each wine its characteristics, identity, style and curiosities about the labels. It can be held either on the day of arrival or the following morning, depending on your preferences and the availability of the staff.
The following morning you can prepare your own breakfast in your fully-equipped kitchen, taking advantage of products purchased locally or gastronomic advice provided by the estate.
Check-out is by 10: 00 am.

The stay is available from April to October. Check-in is from 14: 00 and check-out by 10: 00. Please communicate your arrival time to the contact details given in your booking confirmation email.
The visit includes a short drive from the reception point to the winery and from the winery to the tasting room.
The tasting may be held together with other participants.
The winery cannot be reached by public transport; parking is available on site.
Dogs are allowed on the premises at no extra charge.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is moderate. You get a full refund if you cancel within 8 days from the activity start date. Within 7 and 5 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
