Walk with alpacas for couples and tasting in the province of Ferrara

He does not want flowers. He does not want a ring. It wants an alpaca.

Trust us and take part in our alpaca walk for couples in Bondeno: together with your better half and/or a couple of friends, you will walk in the nature of the province of Ferrara alongside these very friendly, very soft animals.

A 3-hour experience, enhanced by a tasting in a romantic orchard!

What we will do

The appointment is at the selected time at the meeting point in Bondeno (FE) . You will find your guide waiting for you, who will accompany you on this very romantic (and very soft) adventure!

The experience will begin with a brief presentation of the alpaca: what animal it is, how it behaves and how to approach it. And then you will enter their enclosure, to meet them and get to know your companions: Romino, Cosmo, Kuka and Fantasy are just some of the sweet animals that inhabit the estate. There is an allocation of 1 alpaca per person.

Once you have put the halter on the assigned alpaca, your alpaca walk will begin: you will walk through the countryside surrounding the estate, crossing small bridges and typical Po Valley headlands. About halfway along the route, you will stop in a romantic orchard for a wine, beer or fruit juice tasting: you will enjoy 3 glasses of the selected beverage accompanied by a board of local products.

And after toasting with your sweetheart, you will finally return to the meeting point. The alpaca walk lasts about 1 ½ hours; the total experience lasts about 3 hours.

Who it is aimed at

The alpaca walk is suitable for ages 16 and over. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult participant.

The experience is suitable for people with motor disabilities as it takes place on level ground and in fields without high grass; the only obstacle may be the gravel part of the route.

Wine or beer tasting is reserved for adult participants only. Juice tasting is reserved for underage participants, abstemious persons and pregnant women. Please contact the guide at the contact details given in your booking confirmation e-mail to indicate your preference.

Other information

The experience takes place all year round from Friday to Sunday.

The experience is confirmed upon reaching a minimum number of 2 participants (1 couple) and a maximum number of 4 participants (2 couples who know each other) . Odd numbers of participants cannot be booked.

When booking, you can book for:

• Alcoholic tasting: 1 participant with alcoholic tasting (minimum 2 participants per booking)
• Non-alcoholic tasting: 1 participant with non-alcoholic tasting (minimum 2 participants per booking)

In the event that the orchard is not accessible, the tasting will take place at the end of the experience at the meeting point.

Options are available for people with food allergies and intolerances: contact the guide at the contact details given in your booking confirmation email to communicate your preference between wine, beer or fruit juice tasting and any dietary requirements.

Dogs on a leash are allowed.

There is a shop on site where you can buy handmade souvenirs made of alpaca wool.

There is free parking on site. The meeting point cannot be reached by public transport.
