Beach, sea and wind: enjoy the combination of these elements by taking part in this basic wing foil course!
Try the water sport of the moment: for your first time on a board, follow the instructions given by our instructor during private lessons that combine theory and practice. Learn how to pilot the sail, make your first swings and turns; all in just 4 hours spread over 2 days in the space of a week.
The natural setting for your passion for wing foil? The Grado or Marina Julia coastline in Friuli-Venezia Giulia.
What we will do
Theappointment with the instructor is at the indicated time at the meeting point in Grado or Marina Julia (GO), depending on the conditions of the day.
The course, lasting a total of 4 hours, will take place over 2 days as follows:
- Day 1: You will meet with the instructor in the afternoon for the first 1½-hour lesson. You will begin with a theory part in which you will learn about wind direction and risk prevention on land and at sea. After that you will move on to the practical part during which you will practice piloting the sail on land and in the water, followed by your first swings on the SUP board.
- Day 2: You will meet with the instructor in the morning to learn gliding on the e-foil board in 1 hour. Following this, in the afternoon you will try piloting the sail in the water, perfecting your swings and practising turns on the SUP board in 1½ hours.
You will then have completed a basic wing foil course and fallen madly in love with this water discipline!
Lessons are spread over 2 days within a week (not necessarily consecutive).
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for everyone from the age of 16; children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult who signs the liability release document.
The course is designed for beginners approaching this aquatic discipline for the first time.

Attention! The experience takes place privately, i.e. you will be the only participant with a dedicated instructor.
The experience takes place from May to August depending on weather and sea conditions.
The meeting point of the experience could be in Grado or Marina Julia; the organiser will contact you 1 day before the experience to communicate the exact meeting point.
Thetime of the lesson may vary depending on weather and sea conditions.
Hot showers are available on site. There are no lockers on site but the organiser is willing to store personal items upon request.
Accompanying persons are welcome to attend the course from the beach.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 5 days from the activity start date. Within 4 and 3 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
