If cars make your heart beat faster and you don't shy away from snow, this course is for you.
At Passo del Tonale, on the Pista Ghiaccio Val di Sole, a driving experience on snow and ice lasting around three hours awaits you, designed to make you really feel what happens when the grip disappears.
Between briefings, practical exercises and laps around the track, you will drive sports cars with studded tyres alongside professional instructors in a spectacular and safe environment.

What we will do
The appointment is at 9 a. m. at Passo del Tonale, at the Pista Ghiaccio Val di Sole. Here begins an experience that alternates between technique, adrenaline and pure fun.
We start with a theory session of about 40 minutes, during which the instructors will introduce you to driving techniques on snow and ice. We will talk about grip limits, load transfers, steering wheel and pedal management, and how to react correctly when the car starts to lose grip.
We will then move on to practice, starting on a large, 20, 000-square-metre forecourt set up with skittles and obstacles. Here you will go through fundamental exercises such as slalom, emergency braking and skid control, to get familiar with the slippery surface in total safety.
You will then get into the swing of things with laps on the ice track, which is 1, 188 metres long and up to 20 metres wide in some sections. You will take to the track for 3 driving sessions, totalling about 30 minutes, during which you will be able to apply what you have learned and really feel the difference between driving 'by instinct' and driving with control.
You will drive sports cars provided by the organisation, which vary according to availability at the time: BMW, Subaru Impreza (turbo and aspirated) , Toyota Yaris GR, Mitsubishi Lancer Evo.
Throughout the experience you will be followed step by step by the instructors, who will help you improve exercise after exercise. At the end of the course you will also receive a certificate of participation.
The activity lasts a total of approximately 3 hours.
Who it is aimed at
The course is open to anyone over the age of 18 with a B licence, including new drivers. Equivalent foreign driving licences are also accepted.
A maximum height of 195 cm and a maximum weight of 110 kg are required to participate.

The course runs from December to the end of February on the dates indicated in the calendar.
You will drive sports cars selected by the organisation, assigned according to availability at the time. You will get behind the wheel of iconic models such as BMW, Subaru Impreza (turbo and naturally aspirated) , Toyota Yaris GR or Mitsubishi Lancer Evo: cars designed for sporty driving, with rear- and full-wheel drive, ready power and great sensitivity on slippery surfaces.
Accompanying persons are welcome; they can watch the practical test from a safe distance and take photos/videos or stay inside the heated gazebo.
The venue is not easily accessible by public transport; there is free parking on site.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is moderate. You get a full refund if you cancel within 8 days from the activity start date. Within 7 and 5 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
