One-day boat tour to Favignana and Levanzo

Get ready to discover the most beautiful coves on the islands of Favignana and Levanzo with afull-day boat trip from Trapani.

You will swim at Cala Rossa and Cala Azzurra, take photos at Bue Marino beach, and disembark in Favignana for lunch. The clear waters of Cala Minnola and Cala Fredda will welcome your dives in Levanzo.

During the navigation you can relax, sunbathe, and listen to the skipper's stories . The final toast with prosecco and fresh fruit will be a fitting conclusion to a wonderful day!

What we will do

We will meet at 9.00 am at the jetty in the port of Trapani. Here we will board the boat ready to depart towards the beautiful islands of Favignana and Levanzo. At 9.30am we will set off in the direction of Favignana, passing by the Colombaia, the former prison located on a small island opposite the port of Trapani.

Once on the largest of the Egadi Islands we will enjoy our first stop in Cala Rossa, where we can alternate diving and swimming with some relaxation on board, taking advantage of the drinks (beer, prosecco, wine and water) available on the boat and kept cool by the igloo. We will stop for an hour or so in front of the cove framed by a white cliff shimmering in the blue Caribbean waters.

Then we will head towards the Bue Marino, to take photos from many angles of the cliff of tufa quarries that overlooks the dark blue water with beautiful blue patches.

At Cala Azzurra we will stop for about an hour to take a second swim and relax in the crystal-clear water covering a white sandy seabed.

Afterwards, depending on the weather and sea conditions, we will either reach Cala del Preveto, a beautiful little-known beach, or the Grotta degli Innamorati, so called because of the presence, at the bottom of the cave, of two side-by-side and almost identical rocks that appear to be embraced. With our boat we can enter directly into the cave, which is lit only by the boat's lights.

Aroundlunchtime we will disembark in Favignana harbour and here you can choose where to stop to eat your packed lunch or choose a small restaurant in the historic centre to enjoy some specialities.

We will stay ashore for about an hour and a half, after which we will embark again to reach Levanzo, whose fishing village is immediately recognisable by its blue and white houses. We will stop at the island's two most beautiful beaches: Cala Minnola, a delightful cove bathed by crystal-clear waters, and Cala Fredda, where the waters are particularly... cold, as the name suggests.

Once back on board we will reach Cala Faraglione to toast the wonderful day we have just spent with a glass of prosecco accompanied by fresh fruit.

Return is scheduled for 18:00. The excursion has a total duration of approximately 9 hours.

Who it is aimed at

The excursion is suitable for everyone, with no age limit.

Children from 0 to 4 years old do not pay, but count as berth: you will therefore need to inform the skipper of their presence at the contact details you will receive in your booking confirmation e-mail.

The boat is not wheelchair-accessible.

Other information

The excursion is available every day from April to November, subject to weather and sea conditions.

All boats available for the excursion are equipped with awning, shower, safety equipment, radio and mini-igloo. The skipper will choose which one to use depending on the number of participants and availability:

• a 7-metre BWA dinghy that can accommodate up to 10 people on board;
• an 8-metre Pirelli dinghy that can accommodate up to 12 people on board;
• a 7-metre Saver 690 Open motor boat that can accommodate up to 8 people on board.

There is a square with a large free car park 100 metres from the meeting point.

Dogs are not allowed on board.
