Around the world in 80 days? For now, we propose a complete tour of Caprera in 8 hours!
Without hovering in the air, we 'll dinghy over the waves to take you on a discovery tour of the treasures of this unique island: octopus-shaped rocks, World War II forts and scenery of such exotic colours that it has been called the Tahiti of Sardinia.
It will be an exciting journey!
What we will do
We will meet in La Maddalena or Palau (chosen at the time of booking), 15 minutes before the indicated departure time.
The dinghy with our skipper will set sail from La Maddalena and make a first stop in Palau to embark the other tour participants. From here we will set off on our excursion to circumnavigate theisland of Caprera.
We will pass with the dinghy under the Caprera bridge to skirt the southern part of La Maddalena. We will make an initial stop near the beach of Testa del Polpo, located opposite Caprera, with its huge octopus-like rock. We will then enter Cala Garibaldi, the site of our second stop, and head towards Cala Serena and Cala Napoletana.
From here we will explore the northern side of Caprera with Cala Galera, admiring the World War II forts from the sea. It will then be the turn of Cala Coticcio, the island's main beach also known as the 'Tahiti of Sardinia'. We will make a stop towards Cala Brigantina, skirting the Spiaggia I due Mari and Cala del Relitto, before making another swimming stop at Porto Palma, home of the Caprera sailing centre.
All the numerous bathing stops will be carried out from the dinghy and will last approximately 20-30 minutes each.
A small aperitif will also be offered on board with typical Sardinian products such as sausage, cheese and carasau bread, accompanied by water and beer.
The return trip will take place between 17:00 and 18:00, after an eight-hour tour.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for everyone, with no age limit. Minors under 14 years of age can participate with a release form signed by a parent, while under 14 years of age the presence of an accompanying person is required.
The boat is not wheelchair accessible.
Other information
The excursion is available from May to October and is confirmed with a minimum of 4 participants.
Embarkation can take place at La Maddalena or Palau, depending on the option selected at the time of booking. Please arrive at least 15 minutes in advance.
You will travel on an 8-metre, 250-hp dinghy, capable of reaching very close to the coast, and equipped with a shower, sundeck, awning, and fixed canopy.
The itinerary may vary depending on weather and sea conditions. All bathing stops are made from the dinghy; there is no disembarkation on land.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for the safe conduct of the activity (in the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for you to conduct the activity. You can freely choose whether or not to accept these proposals. If you can’t retrieve it, we will process a full refund! If you have set the date for your Gift Voucher and bad weather did not allow the activity to take place, the Voucher remains regularly valid until the expiration date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
