Full description
"Bedda Matri"! We are sure you will exclaim thus upon seeing the stages of this dinghy tour.
Let a skipper take you from Castellammare del Golfo to San Vito Lo Capo on a sea excursion where you will visit the marinearea of the Zingaro Nature Reserve.
Awhole day of"maravigghia"!
What we will do
The appointment is 15 minutes before 09:00 at the meeting point in Castellammare del Golfo (TP). We will be welcomed by the skipper with whom we will spend this day in an inflatable boat!
Once all participants have gathered, we will set sail in a westerly direction to reach our final destination of San Vito Lo Capo. Along the way we will admire some of the most beautiful natural attractions of the Trapani coastline such as the Grotta della Vucciria, Fossa dello Stinco and the enchanting Cala Bianca and Cala Rossa. After passing the Bay of Guidaloca, we will enter the Zingaro Nature Reserve: here we will enjoy two 30-minute bathing stops each, at the Faraglioni of Scopello and Cala dell'Uzzo respectively.
The tour will continue towards Lake Venus and by lunchtime we will finally be in San Vito Lo Capo! We will dock at the harbour for a 1.5-hour shore break, at which point we can decide whether to enjoy some sun on the beach, go in search of a restaurant or enjoy our packed lunch brought from home.
Back on board, we will set sail to return to Castellammare del Golfo. En route, we will stop for at least one more 30-minute swim in one of the 7 coves of the Zingaro Nature Reserve.
We will finally return to the meeting point at around 17:00. The experience will last about 8 hours in total.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable for everyone with no age limit; children under 18 must be accompanied on board by an adult.
The boat is not wheelchair-accessible, but people with reduced mobility are welcome on board: please contact the organiser at the contact details given in your booking confirmation email to report your presence and request boarding support.
Other information
The experience takes place from May to October and is confirmed upon reaching a minimum number of 8 participants.
There is a pay car park on site. The meeting point can be reached by public transport.
Theboat is a Mistral dinghy with an Evinrude 300 hp engine and equipped with a canopy, shower, climbing ladder and stereo. You remain barefoot on board. Small to medium-sized dogs are allowed on board.
