Full description
Discover the beautiful beaches, crystal-clear waters and unspoilt coastline of the Gulf of Orosei with a day trip by motorboat departing from Cala Gonone.
Travel over 30 km of coastline to visit the gulf's pearls such as Cala Luna, Cala Mariolu, Cala Sisine and Cala Goloritzé, whose sea was declared the most beautiful in Italy in 2020.
Stop for a swim, relax on board with an aperitif and enjoy awhole day of sea and relaxation immersed in a corner of paradise. The on-board staff will take care of everything else to ensure you have the best possible experience.
What we will do
Embarkation is scheduled at 10.00 am or 11.00 am from the port of Cala Gonone, in the municipality of Dorgali (NU). Once everyone is on board, we will be ready to depart and start sailing south.
We will sail past the Bue Marino caves and then stop at Cala Luna to swim and explore the surroundings. Continuing on we will encounter a wild and unspoilt stretch of coastline until we reach a stretch of water of a magnificent turquoise colour: the Piscine di Venere (Venus Pools), where we will be able to take lots of photos.
Cala Mariolu, Cala dei Gabbiani and Cala Goloritzé follow, one more beautiful than the other. Lured by the crystal-clear turquoise waters and the crystal-clear seabed, it will be impossible to resist the urge to dive in! We will have plenty of time to do so and to admire the incredible postcard-perfect landscapes by which we will be surrounded.
Stops in the creeks will last between 1 and 2 hours, except for Cala Goloritzé where we will not stop to swim but will only stop for a photo opportunity 200 metres from the shoreline (it is a protected natural area and should be preserved as much as possible!).
From Cala Goloritzé we will reverse course and return to Cala Gonone after seeing all the beauty of the Gulf of Orosei. On the way back we will enjoy an aperitif with local products such as Moddizzosu, a typical Sardinian bread, cheese and olives, accompanied by white wine.
The excursion will last about 7 hours.

The excursion is open to everyone, with no age restrictions. Children up to 3 years of age travel free of charge, but must be notified at the time of booking.

Packed lunches, sandwiches and other products can be purchased on board. Alternatively, it is possible to eat your own packed meal or lunch at the refreshment points in the coves (not present at Cala dei Gabbiani).
There is a landing fee at the beaches under the territory of the municipality of Baunei at a cost of 1€ per adult.
Dogs are welcome on board, but must remain on the boat during stops.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for the safe conduct of the activity (in the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for you to conduct the activity. You can freely choose whether or not to accept these proposals. If you can’t retrieve it, we will process a full refund! If you have set the date for your Gift Voucher and bad weather did not allow the activity to take place, the Voucher remains regularly valid until the expiration date indicated on it.
