Motorboat day trip in the Gulf of Orosei with aperitif

Discover the beautiful beaches, crystal-clear waters and unspoilt coastline of the Gulf of Orosei with a day trip by motorboat departing from Cala Gonone.

Travel over 30 km of coastline to visit the gulf's pearls such as Cala Luna, Cala Sisine and Cala Goloritzé, whose sea was declared the most beautiful in Italy in 2020. Stop for a swim, relax on board with an aperitif and enjoy awhole day of sea and relaxation immersed in a corner of paradise. The crew will take care of everything else to ensure you have the best possible experience.

But the real treat is the first departure of the day: by selecting thetime of 07:30, you can reach the famous Cala Mariolu before anyone else and enjoy it like never before!

What we will do

The rendezvous is 15 minutes before the selected time at the meeting point in Cala Gonone, in the municipality of Dorgali (NU). Once everyone is on board, we will be ready to depart and start sailing south.

We will sail past the Bue Marino caves and then stop at Cala Luna to swim and explore the surroundings. Continuing on we will encounter a wild and unspoilt stretch of coastline until we reach a stretch of water of a magnificent turquoise colour: the Piscine di Venere (Venus Pools), where we will be able to take lots of photos.

Cala Mariolu, Cala dei Gabbiani and Cala Goloritzé follow, one more beautiful than the other. Lured by the crystal-clear turquoise waters and the crystal-clear seabed, it will be impossible to resist the urge to dive in! We will have plenty of time to do so and to admire the incredible postcard landscapes by which we will be surrounded.

Stops at the creeks (Mariolu, Gabbiani, Luna) will last between 1 and 2 hours, except for Cala Goloritzé where we will not stop to swim, but will only stop for a photo opportunity 200 metres from the shoreline (it is a protected natural area and should be preserved as much as possible!).

From Cala Goloritzé we will reverse course and return to Cala Gonone after seeing all the beauty of the Gulf of Orosei. On the way back we will enjoy an aperitif with local products such as Moddizzosu, a typical Sardinian bread, cheese and olives, accompanied by white wine.

The excursion will last about 7 hours.

The boat is not accessible to people with mobility problems.

Please note. If the "with stop at the Grotta del Bue Marino" option is purchased, this includes a 1-hour stop for a guided tour of the Grotta del Bue Marino. The entrance ticket to the Grotta del Bue Marino is not included and must be purchased online at enjoydorgali.it or on site at the ticket office near the meeting point (€10.00 from 13 years and €5.00 from 6 to 12 years in April, May, June, September and October; €12.00 from 13 years and €6.00 from 6 to 12 years in July and August).

The boat is a motor vessel equipped with a sun deck, shade area and toilet. The organiser has several motor vessels, some of which are equipped with a bar-restaurant.

The environmental contribution to the municipality of Baunei is not included and must be paid on site in cash (€3.00 per person).

Small dogs are allowed according to the following restrictions: inside the Grotta del Bue Marino they must be carried in a special carrier and cannot go down to the beach.

On-site parking is available for a fee. The meeting point can be reached by public transport.
