Full description

The Tremiti Islands are the only Italian archipelago in the Adriatic Sea. And our day by boat is the only way to explore them at their best!

Set sail to discover the main attractions of theIsland of San Domino, the Island ofCapraia and theIsland of San Nicola: the Cala dei Pagliai, the Grotta degli Innamorati, theAbbey of Santa Maria al Mare and many other unmissable stops.

On board you will enjoy the company of the skipper and crew, who will not fail to delight you with breakfast, lunch and an aperitif!

What we will do

I will be waiting for you at 08:30 at the meeting point in San Salvo Marina (CH). As skipper, I will do the honours by welcoming you with a breakfast of croissant and coffee (included).

We will then board my boat, to set sail at 09:00 towards the Tremiti Islands. After about an hour and a quarter of sailing we will have reached the southern tip ofSan Domino Island, which we will sail along. Among the many natural attractions, we will see the Grotta delle Viole, the Grotta del Sale and Cala Matano.

We will stop for a swim in the beautiful natural setting of Cala dei Pagliai, which greets us with its white sandy beach. In the meantime, the crew will serve an aperitif on board (included) with various snacks and... oysters opened on the spot!

We will continue sailing towards theIsland of Capraia, where we will stop to visit the spectacular Statue of Padre Pio located at a depth of 13 metres; don't forget to bring your snorkelling mask and snorkel! We will then continue towards theIsland of San Nicola to moor under theAbbey of Santa Maria al Mare: with this view we will be served a seafood lunch on board (included) consisting of spaghetti with clams, mussel sauté, assorted fresh fruit, dried sweets, coffee and bitter.

After lunch we will explore Cala delle Arene, Cala dello Spido and Cala del Pigno along the island of San Domino. We will then stop at Casa Sorrentino and dive into the sea to visit the Grotta degli Innamorati (Lovers' Cave) by swimming, while an aperitif (included) of fresh fruit, dried sweets and drinks is served on board. We will also moor at Cala Tonda, north of San Domino Island, where the bravest participants will be able to dive from an 8-metre high rock.

At 17:00 we will say goodbye to the Tremiti Islands and return to the meeting point, where we will land at 19:00. The experience has a total duration of 10½ hours.
