Full description
Time for a change of air. And no, we don't mean throwing open the windows or standing in front of the fan.
To really breathe, you need a sailboat, the scent of the sea and the breeze that ruffles your thoughts.
Climb aboard the Rosalia and let our skipper take you out along the coast of Palermo: a day of relaxed sailing , stops in dreamy bays, an aperitif in the sun and dives where the water is bluest awaits you!
What we will do
The rendezvous is 30 minutes before 10 a.m. at the meeting point in Palermo (PA). We will be met by the skipper, ready to welcome us on board the sailing boat Rosalia.
Once we have cast off our moorings, we will begin to sail along the coast in the direction of Mondello, where we will arrive after about 2 hours of sailing. Those who wish can take the helm and help the skipper during manoeuvres.
We will anchor in the bay for a long stop: there will be time to swim, relax in the sun and use the SUP or tender to explore the area. A reinforced aperitif of local specialities such as calzoncini, panelle and spritz will be served on board for us to enjoy between dips.
After about 2 hours, we will set off again to reach the beach of Vergine Maria, where we will stop foranother relaxing break of about 1 hour. In the afternoon, we will also be offered fresh fruit, perfect to recharge our batteries before returning.
Alternatively, depending on weather conditions and the group's preferences, it will be possible to opt for a different route to Mongerbino and Capo Zafferano, with stops at the Spiaggia dei Francesi and the scenic Three Pools of Mongerbino. Same spirit, same relaxation... with different views!
We will finally return to Palermo at approximately 18:00. The excursion will last about 8 hours in total.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for all, with no age limit; children under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Infants (0-1 year) participate free of charge.
The boat is not wheelchair-accessible, but people with reduced mobility are welcome on board: contact the skipper at the contact details given in your booking confirmation e-mail to request boarding support.

The activity takes place from May to October, and is confirmed upon reaching a minimum of 4 participants.
The itinerary may vary according to weather conditions at the skipper's discretion.
Theboat is a 13.60 m Elan 45 Impression, equipped with 4 cabins, 2 bathrooms, SUP, dinghy, and on-board refrigerator. You stay barefoot on board.
Dogs are allowed on request: contact the skipper at the contact details given in your booking confirmation e-mail to request to bring your four-legged friend on board.
Free and/or paid parking spaces are available on site. The meeting point can be reached by public transport.
