Full description
Get on a sailboat and sail along one of Sicily's most beautiful coastlines. It will be a day dedicated to discovering Palermo's coastline with its typical colours and scents. Fun and relaxation will characterise every moment along with dips in the water, music, and aperitifs.
Among the places you will visit are the gulf of Mondello, nestled between Monte Gallo and Monte Pellegrino, the harbour of Acquasanta, with its suggestive view, and theCapo Gallo Protected Natural Area with its fascinating Grotta dell'Olio.
This will be a special tour that will immerse you in the beauty of Sicilian landscapes.
What we will do
The rendezvous is at 10 a.m. in Palermo. I will welcome you with a fruit juice and we will set sail towards the Gulf of Mondello.
During navigation, you will be given the basics of sailing. When we are near the slopes of Monte Pellegrino, near the Acquasanta harbour, you will be able to admire Palermo's coastline in all its beauty.
Once at the roadstead, in the beautiful inlet near the Capo Gallo reserve, we will dock and you will be able to swim in the crystal-clear sea. Around lunchtime, the ship's cook will prepare delicious local dishes that you can enjoy in complete relaxation. The menu varies according to the season and includes a starter, main course and fruit (lunch included in the price).
During the afternoon you can dive into the sea, sunbathe, and even try trolling using the equipment on board. An open bar with wine, beer, and soft drinks is also available.
Finally, we will sail back. The return to Palermo is scheduled for 18:00 hours.
Who it is aimed at
The hike is suitable for everyone, with no age limit. Children up to 3 years of age participate free of charge.
The activity is not accessible to disabled persons.
Other information
The tour is available from April to November, weather conditions permitting, and is confirmed with a minimum of 2 participants.
Depending on availability and the number of participants, you will board the 11-metre Beneteau First sailing boat or the 12-metre Florence 39, both of which are comfortable and fully equipped. Dogs are allowed on board.
In the event of intolerances or other dietary requirements, please notify the organiser well in advance (you will receive the contact details in your booking confirmation e-mail).
The meeting point can be reached by public transport.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for the safe conduct of the activity (in the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for you to conduct the activity. You can freely choose whether or not to accept these proposals. If you can’t retrieve it, we will process a full refund! If you have set the date for your Gift Voucher and bad weather did not allow the activity to take place, the Voucher remains regularly valid until the expiration date indicated on it.
