Come and discover the magic of the Venice lagoon! We await you on board for an unforgettable day of beauty and tradition.
On this 6-hour boat tour you will explore the islands of Murano, Torcello and Burano in the company of a multilingual tour guide, who will share with you the secrets and traditions of these places.
You can choose to embark near the Santa Lucia train station or from the Approdi Cornoldi, near St Mark's Square. Set sail with us!
What we will do
Departure is scheduled from Santa Lucia at 12:00 no on or 12:30 noon from the Cornoldi Approaches (choose the point that is most convenient for you when booking). Once the group has embarked in Santa Lucia, we will proceed to St. Mark's Square to board the other passengers from the Cornoldi Landing.
We will then set sail for the most fascinating islands of the Venice Lagoon: Murano, Torcello and Burano. A tour guide will be on board to give comprehensive explanations in several languages of each attraction visited.
The first stop will take us to the island of Murano, famous for its thousand-year-old tradition in the production of blown glass. Here you will have the opportunity to observe a glass-blowing demonstration led by a skilled master glassblower. You will learn to recognise the differences between the various craftsmen and brands, discovering the secrets of this ancient art handed down from generation to generation.Admission to the glassworks is included in the tour.
We will then disembark on the island of Torcello, one of the oldest settlements in the Venetian Lagoon. Here you will have an hour available for a free visit: you can immerse yourself in history by visiting the main square and the majestic church of Santa Fosca, cross the mysterious Devil's Bridge and lose yourself in the picturesque alleyways of this island.
The third and last stop will be the island of Burano, world-famous for its exquisite lacework and characteristic brightly coloured houses. Postcards will come to life before your eyes as you visit Burano's most famous sights, such as the leaning bell tower and Piazza Baldassare Galuppi. Here you can enter a lace shop and taste Burano biscuits, to delight your palate with authentic local flavours.
Stops in Murano, Torcello and Burano will last one hour each. The tour will end at 6.30 p.m. at the Approdi Cornoldi and at 7 p.m. in Santa Lucia, lasting about six hours.

The activity is for everyone, without age limits.
The tour is also accessible to wheelchair users. Contact the organisers at the contact details given in your booking confirmation email so that they can arrange a suitable boat.
Other information
The tour is available all year round.
Depending on the number of passengers, different boats can be used: an enclosed speedboat (30 to 90 persons) or a double-decker motorboat with an open top(up to 250 persons). No toilet facilities are available on board.
Since the boats are covered, tours are guaranteed even in the rain.
Dogs of all sizes are allowed on board, provided they are kept on a leash; a muzzle is also required for medium to large dogs .
During the winter season, the facilities in Murano and Burano may be closed for a few days off. Any closures will be communicated to participants and alternatives will be offered for the visit.
When booking, you will be able to choose whether to depart "from Santa Lucia" or "from Approdi Cornoldi". If they wish, passengers who have boarded at Santa Lucia have the option of disembarking at Approdi Cornoldi at the end of the tour, while those who have boarded at Approdi Cornoldi and wish to disembark at Santa Lucia can purchase a supplementary ticket on board.
Guide explanations will be given in several languages during the same tour.
