Full description
Spend awhole day at Passo del Tonale, in the spectacular Dolomites, practising the most exciting winter sport: freeriding!
Accompanied by an alpine guide who will dedicate himself solely to you and your group, you will discover the secrets of freeriding and learn to ski on fresh snow with confidence and style. Step by step, you will gain confidence and technique, until you can launch yourself on the best off-piste sections that Tonale has to offer.

What we will do
The meeting with the mountain guide is at 8.30 a.m. in Ponte di Legno (BS). After introductions and an equipment check, we will board our cars or one of the organisation's vehicles to reach Passo del Tonale, about 15 minutes away.
We will start with a few runs on the piste, so that the guide can assess your skiing technique and prepare you for the fresh snow. After that, we will head towards the less-travelled sections, where you can experience the thrill of skiing freely on the pristine slopes of Tonale.
We will proceed gradually, tackling the easier off-piste sections before moving on to the more challenging ones, adapting to the level of the group. During the day you will learn descent techniques on different types of snow, immersing yourself in the spectacular setting of the Dolomites.
In the middle of the day we will take a break for lunch (not included), which you can eat packed or in one of the local mountain huts. Return to the starting point is scheduled for 4 p.m., after about 7½ hours of experience in total.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is aimed at everyone, even those trying off-piste skiing for the first time. The only requirement is good skiing technique on all slopes.

Attention! Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the start time of the activity.
The activity is bookable from January to April, subject to weather conditions.
Important: the activity is subject to weather and snow conditions. Contact the guide the day before to confirm the meeting point and start time (you will receive his contact details after booking).
Theequipment (off-piste skis or soft board or telemark skis, poles and helmet) is not included in the participation fee. However, it is possible to hire it at the facility or in affiliated shops at a reduced cost.
