A day out. .. with an extra gear!
Leave the city behind and start the engines of a quad bike to discover the hidden treasures between Bracciano and Manziana. Accompanied by a local guide , you will cross dense forests and dirt tracks to reach spectacular waterfalls and timeless villages and even. .. a caldara teeming with geysers!
Between gasps, there will be plenty of time to refuel and relax!
What we will do
The appointment is 15 minutes before 09: 30 at the meeting point in Bracciano (RM) . Awaiting us will be the guide who will accompany us on our excursion and give us a brief technical briefing to familiarise us with the quad bike.
Once we have our helmets on, we will climb into the saddle and head straight for the off-road trails of the Bracciano Park, driving through rich vegetation. We will begin our adventure by exploring the area of the Cascata di Lena and Massa, where we will take a few photos before heading towards the Ponte Vecchio and the Grotta di Porcareccia.
We will then continue on to Castel Giuliano, a small village with ancient charm, before descending to a tuffaceous cave located near a local agriturismo. Here we will make a well-deserved stop to enjoy an aperitif in company, savouring the relaxation of the countryside.
The day will continue towards the majestic Mola waterfall: we will park the vehicles and walk a few steps to admire it up close. If temperatures permit, we will also have the chance to take a refreshing dip in the river. After drying off, we will stroll along the embankment to catch a glimpse of the remains of the ancient Ferriera and the Ospedaletto waterfall, before getting back on the quads to return to the farm for lunch (starter, first course, main course and side dish, coffee, water) .
In the afternoon, we will set off again, crossing evocative gullies and dirt tracks until we reach the Caldara di Manziana Natural Monument, a place with a surreal atmosphere where water gurgles in the caldara pools. After visiting the site, we will leave for the last stretch of adrenalin-fuelled driving that will lead us along the way back to our starting point.
The activity will last about 6½ hours in total.
Who it is aimed at
To ride the quad bike you must be over 18 years of age and hold a B licence. The minimum age to participate as a passenger is 5 years.
The excursion is of medium level and suitable for those with previous quad bike experience.
Other information
The tour is available from November to May and is confirmed when at least 2 quads are booked.
The centre has 2 quads, for a maximum of 4 participants. It is not possible to swap quad bike driving during the tour.
There is parking on site. Dogs are not allowed during the activity.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 5 days from the activity start date. Within 4 and 3 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
