Full description
Enjoy aboat excursion to the islands of Lipari and Vulcano departing from Salina. A day of fun and relaxation at sea awaits you, with stops for swimming and snorkelling.
Sailing on the crystal-clear waters, you'll have plenty of time to take great photos and may even experience the thrill of a close encounter with dolphins!
Praia da Vinci, the Grotta del Cavallo and the Piscine di Venere will be some of the must-see stops on this tour. You can also land on Lipari and Vulcano to get a taste of the magic of life in the Aeolian archipelago.
What we will do
The meeting is at 09:30 at one of the ports of Salina (Malfa, Santa Marina or Lingua). Here we will find a small motorboat waiting for us and, once we have completed boarding, we will depart for Lipari at around 10:00 am.
First, we will head for the pumice quarries and white beaches of Lipari, where we can enjoy a relaxing swim. We will then disembark in the small port of Marina Corta and make a 2-hour stop to visit the island from land.
We will then continue on to theisland of Vulcano, with a stop at Praia di Vinci, a wild and unspoilt pebble and sand beach. We will land at the port of Levante, an area characterised by the presence of mud and warm waters, and will have another 2 hours to explore the island or have lunch in one of Vulcano's typical restaurants (lunch not included).
In the afternoon, our next stops will be the Grotta del Cavallo (Horse Cave ) and the Piscine di Venere (Venus Pools), where we will have time for swimming and snorkelling. These magnificent views will act as a curtain call for the excursion, which will conclude with a return to Salina at around 18:00.
The total duration of the activity is 8 hours.

The boat is not wheelchair accessible.
Children from 0 to 3 years of age do not pay: please inform the organisers after confirmation of your booking.

Attention. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the start time.
The activity is available on Thursdays from May to September, subject to weather conditions.
Departure will be at 10:00 a.m. from the port of Malfa, 10:30 a.m. from Santa Marina, and 10:35 a.m. from Lingua. As the tour progresses, you will be contacted by the organisers for the assignment of the departure port.
The excursion takes place on board a small motor vessel with a cabin cruiser, which can accommodate up to 90 passengers. The boat has sunbathing areas and shaded indoor spaces, as well as toilets.
No animals are allowed on board.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for the safe conduct of the activity (in the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for you to conduct the activity. You can freely choose whether or not to accept these proposals. If you can’t retrieve it, we will process a full refund! If you have set the date for your Gift Voucher and bad weather did not allow the activity to take place, the Voucher remains regularly valid until the expiration date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 5 days from the activity start date. Within 4 and 3 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
