If you think the Amalfi Coast can only be appreciated from a crowded viewpoint full of people snapping selfies, we’re willing to bet you’ll change your mind.
Set sail from Salerno on a sailing boat to enjoy a day of legendary views and refreshing dips in the sea. Accompanied by an experienced skipper, you’ll sail past some of Italy’s most famous seaside villages and go snorkelling.
To make sure you don’t miss a thing, an aperitif and a light lunch featuring local specialities await you on board. Get ready to hoist the sails!
What we will do
We’ll meet 10 minutes before the scheduled time at the meeting point in Salerno (SA) . The skipper who will be taking us on our trip will be there to welcome us.
Before setting sail, we’ll take part in a short briefing: the crew will explain the safety rules, the day’s programme and how the stops at sea will be organised, whilst also showing us the snorkelling equipment available on board. Once we’ve cast off, we’ll set sail along one of the world’s most famous stretches of coastline.
From the boat’s deck, we’ll admire unique villages such as Vietri sul Mare, Cetara and Erchie, before sailing past the rocky cliffs of Capo d’Orso and the picturesque towns of Maiori, Minori, Atrani and Capo di Conca. During the journey, we’ll drop anchor for two swimming stops in sheltered coves, each lasting around 20 minutes, ideal for swimming and snorkelling among the coastal seabed.
Our route will then take us to Amalfi, where we’ll disembark to enjoy around an hour and a half of free time to explore the historic centre and admire the majestic cathedral. Upon returning on board, the crew will treat us to an aperitif and a light lunch prepared with typical local produce and a traditional dessert, all accompanied by water, beers, soft drinks and an unmissable glass of Prosecco to toast together.
Finally, we’ll relax on deck as we set sail back towards the port of departure. The trip will last a total of 7 hours.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for everyone, with no age restrictions; those under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
This experience is not suitable for pregnant women or people with mobility difficulties.

The trip takes place from June to October.
The itinerary and stops may vary depending on weather and sea conditions, at the skipper’s discretion.
The vessel is a 10-metre sailing boat equipped with an on-board toilet, a changing room, a shower and a shaded area with an awning.

Dogs are not permitted on board.
On-site parking is available in the harbour areas. The meeting point is accessible by public transport.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
