Day trip by dinghy in the Gulf of Orosei

Spend a day away from the hustle and bustle while relaxing on board an inflatable boat that will take you to discover the beautiful coves of the Gulf of Orosei.

You can sunbathe and then dive into the transparent waters that characterise this stretch of coastline in eastern Sardinia.

You will fall in love with the wild and at the same time naturally perfect landscape of the Gulf, not by chance classified as one of the most beautiful in the Mediterranean.

What we will do

We will meet 30 minutes in advance at the port of Cala Gonone, from where we will set sail at the time selected during the booking process. The skipper will accompany us during the navigation, telling us about the curiosities of the wild Gulf of Orosei.

Among the bays we will see are Cala Luna (where we will stop for about 2 hours), Cala Sisine, Cala Biriala (where we will stop for about 1 hour), Le Piscine di Venere, Cala Mariolu and Cala Goloritzè. Each one hides secrets, which we will be able to discover by admiring them up close.

We will be able to dive in and reach the beaches, some of which are of very fine sand and others of small white pebbles that make the water even clearer and more transparent. During the stop at Cala Mariolu, which will last about 2 hours, we will also have our packed lunch (not included in the participation fee), surrounded by the characteristic Selvaggio Blu landscape.

We will return to port after about 7 hours of excursion.

The activity is open to all, regardless of age.

Other information

Pleasenote: it is necessary to arrive at least 30 minutes before the selected time, in order to set sail on time. For the 9.00 departure, you must therefore arrive no later than 8.30 am for check-in; for the 10.30 departure, you must arrive no later than 9.45 am.

Parking in the area can be difficult to find, especially in high season. We recommend you take this into account in your planning and consider using public transport or alternative transport solutions.

The activity takes place every day from April to October, weather permitting.

The boat at our disposal will be an almost 8-metre-longClubman 26 dinghy with a large sundeck at the bow, removable awning, console and safety equipment. It will not be possible to bring animals on board.

There is an environmental contribution at the beaches under the territory of the municipality of Baunei at a cost of 3€ per adult (to be paid on site in cash).

During the stopover in Cala Mariolu it will be possible to ask the crew to use the cool bags and umbrellas on board.
