Come and discover theMarine Protected Area of Capo Carbonara with anexcursion by rubber dinghy to discover picturesque islands and countless coves bathed by crystal-clear water.
You will spend a few hours relaxing amidst the marvellous colours of theVillasimius Marine Protected Oasis.
On board a 7.5-metre dinghy, you will have all the space you need to enjoy sailing and admire wonderful views. Get ready for an experience that will remain among the best memories of your holiday in Sardinia!
What we will do
The rendezvous is in Villasimius at the time we will have agreed at the time of booking. Upon your arrival, I will welcome you on my boat and once we are all comfortable on board we will set off to explore theCapo Carbonara Marine Protected Area.
I will guide you towards thebest itinerary, taking into account weather, sea and wind conditions.
A first route we will follow will be along the south coast to Capo Carbonara. We will first land in Cala Caterina and then in Cala Burroni. When we get back on board, we will set off again and in about 30 minutes we will reach theIsola dei Cavoli , whose seabed is populated by a huge variety of marine flora and fauna. We will then make another stop at the Madonna del Naufrago before continuing our navigation along the most beautiful and renowned beaches of South Sardinia, such as Porto Giunco and Timi Ama Beach.
A second itinerary will be towards the east. The first stop will be at Simius Beach, a marvellous expanse of fine white sand washed by a sea of spectacular colours ranging from emerald green to turquoise. A few hundred metres from the shoreline, there is a shoal where a colony of fish resides that we will be able to spot wearing a snorkelling mask. Then we will reach the granite promontory of Punta Molentis and finally, the last stop, the elongated and sinuousisland of Serpentara. From here we will reverse course to return to port, but on the way there will be two more unmissable stops in the splendid sea of Cava Usai and at the Campulongu Beach.
Whichever route we follow, we will be able to admire incredible landscapes and swim in clear waters with friendly sea inhabitants. During the excursion, we will also serve you a tasty aperitif with a platter of selected cold meats and cheeses and drinks.
In both cases the tour will last 3 hours and will end with the return to the port of departure.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is for everyone, without age limits. The boat is not accessible to persons with reduced mobility.
Other information
The tour is available daily from April to October. The choice of itinerary is at the discretion of the skipper and will depend on the weather and wind conditions on the day to ensure the best possible experience. The tour is confirmed upon reaching a minimum of 8 participants.
It is important to arrive 30 minutes in advance.
The boat at your disposal is a 7.5-metreBWA 24 GTO dinghy , equipped with double sundeck fore and aft, shower and awning with roll bar, fridge. Dogs are not allowed on board.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for the safe conduct of the activity (in the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for you to conduct the activity. You can freely choose whether or not to accept these proposals. If you can’t retrieve it, we will process a full refund! If you have set the date for your Gift Voucher and bad weather did not allow the activity to take place, the Voucher remains regularly valid until the expiration date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 5 days from the activity start date. Within 4 and 3 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
