Experience the thrill of becoming a skipper for a day: all you have to do is hire a dinghy in Santa Maria Navarrese and assemble a crew of up to six people to set sail and discover the Gulf of Orosei.
Sail in freedom even without a licence!
What we will do
The rendezvous is 30 minutes before the selected time at the meeting point in Santa Maria Navarrese (NU) where you will find the hirer waiting for you, ready to hand over the boat reserved for you.
You will be driving a 5.50-metre-long BWA dinghy with a 40 HP engine and equipped with a sundeck, awning, and climbing ladder, perfect for comfortably accommodating up to 6 people. You can also bring food and drinks on board to enjoy a picnic lunch on the beach and make a toast on board!
Before departure, the charterer will show you how to manoeuvre the dinghy and you can even take a test drive if you wish. You will also be given nautical maps to easily reach the most beautiful beaches on the Baunei Coast.
After that, you will be ready to venture out to sea without a licence! You will be the one to choose the day's itinerary, with a truly immense choice of beaches and coves. We recommend a stop at Cala Goloritzè, Cala Mariolu, Cala Luna and the Piscine di Venere.
At the end of the charter you will return to the meeting point. The experience will last 9 hours.
Who it is aimed at
The charterer and driver must be at least 18 years old; this boat may be chartered without a licence. There is no age limit for passengers.
The boat is not wheelchair-accessible, but people with reduced mobility are welcome on board: please contact the organiser at the contact details given in your booking confirmation email to report your presence and request boarding support.
Other information
Attention! On site you will be asked to pay in cash the Ecological Ticket for entry to the beaches of the Gulf of Orosei equivalent to €2.00 per person.
There is paid parking on site. The meeting point can be reached by public transport.
Fuel is not included and must be paid for on return on a cash basis.
You remain barefoot on board. Dogs are allowed on board but please note that they are only allowed on the beaches of Cala Sisine and Cala Luna.
A beach umbrella, coolbag and snorkelling kit including mask and snorkel are available on request: contact the organiser at the contact details given in the confirmation email to request these services free of charge.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
