Can you smell the scent of the maquis? That breeze that smells of adventure?
Set sail with us for a half-day dinghy excursion to discover the Island of San Pietro, jewel of the Sulcis archipelago.
Between dives in the most beautiful coves and many curiosities to discover thanks to the skipper's stories, you will fall in love with this corner of Sardinia!
What we will do
The meeting is 10 minutes before the indicated time, in Calasetta (SU), on theisland of Sant'Antioco.
Awaiting us will be the skipper, who will welcome us aboard our comfortable dinghy and explain the day's programme.
We will set sail in the direction of San Pietro Island, skirting the beaches of Calasetta: Sottotorre, Le Saline, Spiaggia Grande and the Mangiabarche Lighthouse. During the navigation, the skipper will tell us many curiosities and stories of the area between the two islands of Sant'Antioco and San Pietro.
Once in San Pietro, we will explore some of the island's most spectacular coves: Cala Vinagra, Cala Fico, La Bobba, Le Colonne, Punta delle Oche and La Caletta, with their waters inviting you to dive in. We will also pass by the historic Tonnara di Carloforte, the only one still active in Italy.
During the tour we will make 2 or 3 swimming stops at points selected by the skipper, each lasting about 20 minutes. During navigation, fresh water and a typical snack such as pane guttiau will be available.
We will end our adventure by returning to the starting point after a 4-hour excursion.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for everyone, with no age limit; children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
For safety reasons, participation by pregnant women or people with psychomotor disabilities is not possible.
The boat is not accessible by wheelchair or persons with reduced mobility.

The activity takes place from May to October and is confirmed with a minimum number of 4 participants.
The itinerary and stops may vary depending on weather and sea conditions.
Theboat is a Nuova Jolly 850 XL dinghy, 8.5 metres long, with a 300 hp engine. On board you will find cushions, an ascending ladder, a shower with fresh water, a large bow sundeck, an awning, a minibar, satellite GPS, USB ports, Bluetooth speaker, life jackets and safety equipment. You stay barefoot on board (footwear will be stowed in a basket).

Animals are not allowed on board.
Free parking spaces are available on site. The meeting point can be reached by public transport.

If you have made a fixed-date booking and the weather conditions are not suitable for safely carrying out the activity (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be fully refunded. The guide may offer you an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to accept or decline these proposals. If you cannot reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund!
