Full description
Enjoy a day of complete relaxation in the Gulf of Orosei aboard a 4.5 m dinghy for hire. Leave from the tourist port of Arbatax (NU ) and sail for 9 hours among the most beautiful beaches in this area of Sardinia without worrying about anything.
A boat licence is not required, but if you wish you can choose to be accompanied by one of our skippers at an additional cost.
It will be aperfect experience to share with your sweetheart or that special someone you want to bring on board!
What we will do
Your 4.5 m dinghy with a 40 HP engine is waiting for you at the 'Marina di Arbatax' (NU) marina. It will be handed over to you from 8.30 a.m. onwards, together with an umbrella, a cooler bag, a map of the coast with photos of the most beautiful coves, and lots of advice on how to make the most of your day.
To hire the dinghy, you will need to bring along a driver's identification document: a boat licence is not required in this case. Our skippers will explain how the engine works and all the procedures for driving the dinghy safely. You will do some trial manoeuvres in the harbour and then you will be free to set sail.
It will be up to you to decide the stages and stops of this day at sea. Along Orosei's rugged coastline you can admire caves , cliffs and hidden coves, stopping for a dip in the turquoise waters. You may also decide to disembark from the dinghy and relax on the beach, for example at the magnificent Cala Goloritze and Cala Mariolu.
At the Piscine di Venere (Venus Pools ) you will find one of the most intimate and wild landscapes in the gulf, the ideal setting for a romantic swim. Cala Luna on the other hand, a 2-hour boat ride from Arbatax, will offer you a long sandy beach and a bar-restaurant for your lunch break.
At the end of your day at sea, you will have to return the dinghy to the starting point by 17.30/18.00.
The duration of the hire will be 9 hours.
Who it is aimed at
Theminimum age for chartering is 18 years. It is not necessary to be in possession of a boating licence.
Other information
Rental is bookable from 1 May to 15 October. You can pick up the dinghy from 8.30 a.m., with return by 5.30 p.m.-6 p.m.
The Flamar dinghy is 4.5 m long, can accommodate 2 people, and is equipped with an awning for shelter from the sun.
When booking, you can choose between the "without sk ipper" and "with skipper" options . In the latter case you will be accompanied for the whole day by one of our experienced skippers at an additional cost of €80.
Dogs are allowed on board, but according to the regulations they are not allowed on the beaches: they must remain on the dinghy.
Attention! Fuel is not included in the rental price and will be paid at the end of the excursion, according to consumption.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for the safe conduct of the activity (in the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for you to conduct the activity. You can freely choose whether or not to accept these proposals. If you can’t retrieve it, we will process a full refund! If you have set the date for your Gift Voucher and bad weather did not allow the activity to take place, the Voucher remains regularly valid until the expiration date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is very flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 0 days from the activity start date. Within 0 and 0 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
