Hire a dinghy in Arbatax: together with your group of up to 8 people, you’ll be able to sail in the Gulf of Orosei without a boat licence. You’ll be able to admire destinations such as Cala Goloritzé, Cala Mariolu and Cala Luna, as well as go for a swim in stunning natural settings.
The hire is available for half a day or a full day.
What we will do
The meeting is at the selected time at the meeting point in Arbatax (OG). Once there, you will meet the rental operator, who will be ready to hand over the boat reserved for you and your group.
It is a 6-metre-long inflatable boat fitted with an awning and a fresh-water shower. The charter operator will be sure to explain the boat’s features and how it works, ensuring you have a worry-free experience.
And now it’s time to step into the role of ‘captain’ and set sail without a boat licence in the Gulf of Orosei: Piscine di Venere, Cala Goloritzé, Cala Mariolu, Cala Luna and Cala Sisine are just some of the renowned destinations you can reach. You can also go ashore on beaches where permitted.
Finally, you’ll return to the meeting point. The hire lasts a total of 4 hours (half a day) or 8 hours (a full day).
Who it is aimed at
The driver must be at least 18 years old. There are no age restrictions for passengers.
The boat can be hired without a boat licence.
The boat is not accessible to people with severe mobility issues.
Other information
The boat is available for hire from May to October.
Fuel is not included and must be paid for on site when the dinghy is returned, based on consumption.
Pets are not permitted.
Free parking is available on site. The meeting point can be reached by public transport.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 5 days from the activity start date. Within 4 and 3 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
