With its white beaches and postcard-perfect crystal-clear sea, the Gulf of Orosei is a true paradise on earth, attracting thousands and thousands of tourists every summer.
To experience it at its best, you can rent a dinghy and explore its jewels in total autonomy, to stop wherever you like and enjoy the sun and sea in absolute tranquillity.
You will have a 5-metre, 40-hp dinghy all to yourself. The boat is equipped with everything you need, is approved for 4 adults and 2 children (up to 6 years old) and does not require a licence.
What we will do
The appointment is at the time selected during the booking process in Cala Gonone (NU), where the staff will hand over the dinghy and explain everything you need to know. You will then be free to set off and head for the destination that most inspires you.
The Gulf of Orosei is one of the most sought-after destinations in all of Sardinia, famous for its spectacular coves, where the crystal clear blue sea, white beaches and sheer cliffs offer magnificent views. Cala Biriola, Cala Luna, Cala Mariolu, and Cala Goloritzé are the most famous, but you will discover many more during the dinghy trip.
The latest generationJoker Boat 470 (5 metres and 40 hp) dinghy isequipped with allsafety equipment. On board you will find watertight compartments and storage compartments, an anchor with a chain and rope of at least 20 metres, paddles and awning, parasol and cooler (the latter by prior arrangement).
The dinghy will be at your disposal from 8.30 am to 5.30 pm. In October, however, return will be at 16:30. No boat licence is required. Departure and return to Cala Gonone (NU).
Who it is aimed at
This activity is open to everyone. No licence is needed to hire a dinghy, but aminimum age of 18 is requiredfor the driver.
Other information
Attention. On departure you will be asked to pay the supplement of €3.00 per person in cash as an ecological contribution Golfo di Orosei.
Attention! The maximum stay allowed at Cala Luna is 3 hours.
Rental is available from April to October, and is reserved for private groups of a maximum of 4 adults and 2 children up to 6 years old.
The hire is daily only, it is not possible to request a hire by the hour or for half a day (if you wish to use it for fewer hours you will still pay the daily fee). It is not possible to dock on the beaches with the dinghy. The organiser will contact you the day before to confirm the duration of the rental.
Fuel is not included in the rental price, but is calculated on return according to the distance travelled.
The dinghy is equipped with an awning. After booking, you can request a sunshade and cooler free of charge .
Dogs are not allowed on board.
