Renting an inflatable boat in Sardinia allows you to visit the most beautiful places on the island in total autonomy and tranquillity.
Set off from Arbatax to discover the Gulf of Orosei on board a comfortable dinghy that can accommodate up to 18 people: perfect for a large group of friends!
A boating licence is required to drive this boat. Relaxation awaits you!
What we will do
Your 9-metre dinghy with a 250 hp engine will be waiting for you at the Arbatax marina from 8.30 am.
We will meet you at our office, at the meeting point indicated in the booking confirmation, to sign the rental contract. Remember to bring your nautical licence and an identification document with you.
We will explain in detail the characteristics of the coastline and give you all the indications for safe navigation in the Gulf of Orosei. We will also give you a map with the main points you can reach by dinghy and a cooler.
We will then go together to the jetty and have a short briefing to explain how the boat works. After that you will be ready for your dinghy trip!
You will sail in the direction of Cala Mariolu and Cala dei Gabbiani, to enjoy a swim and snorkel in their crystal-clear waters. Cala Luna, on the other hand, might be suitable for a lunch break, as there is a bar-restaurant on site.
If you have rented the dinghy for the whole day, you should also have enough time to go as far as Cala Goloritzé, the pearl of the Gulf of Orosei.
You will have to return the dinghy to the starting point by 17:30. The rental will last 8 hours.
Who it is aimed at
Theminimum age for chartering is 18 years. Possession of a boating licence is required.
The activity is not recommended for persons with back or mobility problems and pregnant women.
The dinghy is not wheelchair-accessible.
Other information
The hire is bookable from May to October, depending on the marine weather conditions.
You will be on board a 9-metre Tempest 900 WA inflatable boat, powered by a Honda 250 hp engine and equipped with an awning for shelter from the sun.
A boating licence is required to hire this boat or, alternatively, you can be accompanied by a skipper at an extra cost of €120. Please note that the skipper reduces the number of embarkable passengers from 18 to 17.
Dogs of all sizes are allowed on board. According to the regulations, however, dogs may not disembark on the beaches: they must remain on the dinghy.
Please note. Fuel is not included in the rental price and will be paid at the end of the trip, according to consumption.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is last minute. You get a full refund if you cancel within 24 hours from the activity start. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
